Awful. Worst ever. Complete rip off. Unwearable item. Horrendous postage costs to return. Customer service rubbish offered help then retracted

Dress 1:
1.Wrong colour
2.Missing jacket
3.looks old& worn at the burst.
Dress 2:
1.wrong dress totally... neckline is different
2.wrong color
3.style is VERY wrong...not maxi, but high low was sent out instead
4.wrong lace!

I don't usually review my purchases but this time I am so disappointed that I have to write. Bought 2 dresses for me and my mom. They arrived totally different than we expected, the sizes are all wrong and it is been a struggle to return or refunded. Seller trying to imply we ordered the wrong size.
One dress was supposed to be UK 16 (I am 14) and the other UK 20 ( mom is size 18) either dresses fit me.

The whole wedding dress experience was really good highly recommend

Unless you are 190 per cent sure you want what you have ordered, that it will be good quality, right colour & size, don't order as you won't get a response from them to initiate a return & postage back (to China?) is at your own expense

I have received my order and it was very disappointing. The dress doesn't look like on pictures. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable from the company end to reject the fact that dress looks completely different then in the picture as Hebeos is trying to say that I have to keep it as is.
The fabric and flowers are simply ugly and not corresponding to nice and elegant dress posted on your website. It's heavy, bulky, with some hard inserts overwhelming my breast and not highlighting the figure but making the bride look old fashioned and fat.
This is not the way to treat your customers, it's a shame to give such a big stress to the bride who is dealing with multiple arrangements for the wedding.
Customer's support suggestion is to donate it is very unprofessional, do you think people who are ordering dresses from you and spent $300 are ready to donate this money?
Hope to get a full refund and shipping label back as this dress I received is not the dress you guys advertised.

Am sorry to say the gown I received is extremely different from the picture and quality of material used is very cheap

You will not get the dress that was described! The two dresses I ordered were cheaply made, and does not look like the photo on the website

Zip was difficult to move and broke so not happy but need the dress so having to get it fixed

Ordering was super easy and had good clear instructions. Which has meant we have a perfect fitting dress. However, the dress arrived in a plastic parcel package (type you normally get when ordering jeans and t-shirts) which meant the dress was screwed up inside and has a lot of creases that aren't dropping since hanging up. Just hoping a cool iron won't damage the material. Was expecting it to arrive on a hanger or in a flat box, especially after spending quite a bit of money on it.
This is the only negative, all other experiences are positive.

Bad experience as dress was badly made and overall costly paying postage for the dress and having to send back, £40 for nothing and if it wasn't so badly made I would except the loss of return. I want order from them again.
