This is a terrible company that does not allow returns if you use their product. Please tell me how you are supposed to know if the product works without using it? It is bad enough that they charge 20% restocking fee on things you can return but the fact that you cannot return a product that does not perform to standards is unacceptable. I highly recommend not ordering anything from this company.

Product did not work requested politely 3 times to return and was denied. States I would sispute with my credit card company and BBB and Rhavi googled my name and threatened to leave me bad reviews under my employers business! In an email. Email available upon request. His google and BBB reviews speak for themselves, if you look at the dates on the positive reviews you can tell when his rating starts dropping he does a bunch of fake positive reviews.

My experience with Headlight Experts has been nothing short of appalling. Initially, I reached out via email regarding an issue with my order, only to receive an unprofessional and threatening response. Hoping to resolve the matter, I called during business hours, but the automated system informed me they were "too busy to take calls" and directed me back to email—an email that had already proven useless.

Feeling stuck, I emailed again, referencing the inappropriate reply from before, but was met with no resolution or accountability. Instead, the lack of professionalism persisted, leaving me without answers or help. This company's customer service is beyond unacceptable, and their approach to handling issues is both hostile and dismissive.

Save yourself the frustration—this business is a nightmare to deal with!

Stay away from this business, they will sell you non-working junk products and tell you "they worked before they left here" then wont provide a refund. I went with Auxbeam LEDs instead, much brighter lights anyway, and cheaper than this junk

After about 18 months one of my LED headlamps failed. I emailed them explaining the issue. A very short time later they responded and gave me a choice of options. I opted to get an upgraded pair of headlamps for an excellent price. Although I was initially disappointed about the short life of the original headlights, Headlight Experts truly honored their Lifetime warranty-No questions asked, No hassles or jumping through hoops. This is why I gave them a 5 star rating. Thankyou Headlight Experts

I received immediate help with my issues. I asked about warranty replacement and was given 2 options. I opted to a review and was told what the warranty replacement would cost. I immediately used my debit card and paid what I thought was a resonalable price. Thanks for the great service

They hide behind an arbitrary 30 day return policy. Like many others on the BBB'S page and other review sites I got duped too. They advertise as "plug and play". After the 30 day period was over the lights started throwing an error code and did not continue to work in my vehicle. HLE told me I should get my vehicle reprogramed or leave the lights on bright. You can talk to customer service until you are blue in the face but they will hide behind their 30 day policy. One of the technicians agreed with me that there should be disclaimers. HLE even admits in the BBB complaint that they are not plug and play in writing by stating the vehicle must be programed or the lights must be used on bright only, but I don't think they realized their admission. I would not be surprised to see an argumentative response from their customer service rep here as well. HLE will say that I was 270ish days beyond the 30 day period. Yes. Because that's how long it takes to deal with these people. Again bulbs failed to work in my vehicle after 30 day period, were returned twice with no explanation, failed again and again. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

PS. If you get ripped off by these guys you can have some consolation that you were not the only one after reading HUNDREDS of others bad reviews across many different sites.

I bought these headlights and they lasted just about 2 years, I reached out to the company after seeing a "lifetime warranty" they sold me on a bunch of nonsense saying "we have a new bulb released this year and if I pay $17x2 and shipping and handling" they would send me the new bulbs in 2-3 business days as long as i leave them a "positive review" well folks after 3 emails and 3 weeks somebody from the company finally answered me and said they are still waiting on my "positive review" before they will send me the lights that they had no problem collecting my money from, so now I'm waiting on a refund because if you want a positive review have a product that's worth it rather than a product you think you can just buy a positive review and scam people...save yourself the hassle and bring your business else where

Stay far away from this place. Rude beyond measure, liars, cheats, and condescending as they just assume you'll be stupid and not fight for return of their utterly garbage product. Not going to pass inspection in almost any state. Beam pattern... there isn't one... it's like a cheap flashlight and that's as good as it gets. Paul is professing to be an expert with "5 years experience" in the field... 5 years is not an expert and barely a journeyman status in any such profession... and he is as big of an A as I have ever come across. You can't find out the lights won't work until you try them, after which point the company says you can't return them. They are not legal in most states and their site just blatantly lies about that. Stay away... or just send your cash to a charity instead.

This company you want to steer clear from. No accountability for defective equipment. Right away ended up with issues. Been over three months with dealing these people. Even purchased their power Relay Harness. Completely useless. Terrible service. Won't even send out a new ballast. Ordered replacement ballasts from Amazon.

Purchased their H13 Hi/Lo Dual Beam LED headlights. First issue was trying to get the order shipped. After placing the order, I received an email 2 days later saying it had shipped. In reality, nothing shipped because it was not in stock even though the website continued to claim it was. I finally received the product 3 weeks later (not 2 business days as the website claims). The lights themselves actually work great, but after I dealt with the shipping fiasco, the "expert" on the other end of customer service insists that the LED panels must be oriented vertically (12-6) in the headlight housing. Doing so resulted in a horribly spread out, washed out dim light. Can't even call it a beam. As soon as I clocked them horizontally to 3-9, I got a bright, focused horizontal beam, just what I had hoped for. Tried to explain that to the "expert(s)" but they refused to believe or listen. Customer service needs a real expert. They don't know their own product.
