After the first month going back and forth with Sharon trying to get my products I spoke to Mike over the phone who assured me that he was very sorry and would send me a variety of products as a good will gesture for the inconvenience. Another month on and I have no received any thing and I'm even more furious.
I'm getting married in a few weeks and hoped by now I would be well into my treatment but haven't even started as I am still waiting for my custom fit moulds for myself and my fiancé. I'm so angry, upset and frustrated and both Sharon or Mike continue to ignore my emails! Please can someone help me or have a managers contract details as I just want my money back now. Thanks Ruth
I haven't bought from this site yet as I was just looking. I don't know about some, but when I read a 'professional' website that has so many spelling and grammar mistakes, my suspicions are instantly aroused, And the 'tirade' of defence by the so-called owner 'Michael G' on this review could have been written in better English by my 7 year old son! Use your heads! If they can't even be bothered to use spellcheck when writing their website then, I'm sorry but it shows a lack of care and pride. Do I want to deal with them? I don't think so - I think I'll use a 'professional' company!

Ordered dental trays 2nd January and still not received them. Rang so called customer services and someone said they would deal with my order then they get back to the office! Since then there has been no answer on any of the phone lines. I wished i had seen this site before i ordered anything. Do not use this website it is a con.
I placed an order on 13th March 2017 no order received have sent 6 tickets no reply.my bank is investigating them and will get money back avoid at all costs

I purchased on a Saturday and received an instant email stating my product had been dispatched. The order was 1st class postage but was actually dispatched on the Wednesday and arrived the next day. That's fine really. What arrived was only one of two things I order, the custom dental impressions. I'm wondering if the gel will come separately for some reason. I've submitted a ticket because the tray for the upper section is too small and I require a larger. And then another when I realised there wasn't gel but due to the reviews I wonder if I'll actually get a reply. I have no doubt this isn't a scam but I'm still dubious. Don't let the clunky website put you off. Yes, it looked pretty amateurish when I was placing my order, which I must admit made me a little nervous when I placed my order. However, after ordering after 10pm on Thursday night, my gel was delivered by special delivery on Saturday morning. My teeth are now whiter than they have ever been and I have saved a fortune compared to what my dentist was charging. I can't help but think many of the negative reviews are from disgruntled dentists. I would be pretty disgruntled if I was a dentist! Happy Smile - you just need to sort your website out!

My husband has used the whitening gel 2 nights consecutively. He has used his own custom mouth tray from a prior dentist fitting years ago. His teeth showed improved whiteness after the first use, then after the second use, even better, as he needed to get between the teeth and closer to the gums a little whiter. He drinks coffee every morning and had a little staining. Looks great already after 2 uses.

"Company will not respond to emails or "tickets" and calling either telephone number on the website leads to a recorded message stating telephone calls are no longer accepted due to the "Ticket system"
Only responses from emails are auto responses asking you to email the customer care manager (the person you have just mailed in order to GET this response)"
Edit - Company is now repeatedly contacting me (via this site) asking me to edit my review.
The order did eventually arrive after about 4 weeks. My above review regarding contacting the company still stands.
2nd Edit - The response message from "HappySmile" seems to be for show.
**PUBLIC APOLOGY** During August 2015 we lost a member of staff sadly to long term cancer. It was a very sad time for HappySmile Dental Supply. Orders were delayed by upto 3 weeks. We make a "public apology" as we were not fully upto "operational" speed during that time. Rebecca had a very young family and left behind two lovely small young children. We did feel very sorry for our team
Member who we all had grown to love over 8 long years. We could of done things different and we learnt from those lessons. It did effect staff morale at that time due to grief. We are very sorry and we do take full responsibility. We did offer a poor customer service experience and delivery was late and this did upset customers during August 2015. We could not publish this public apology at the time as it was such a sad time for our staff at our dental supply company. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.
Initially I was a tad worried that I had been scammed or done out of money, but as soon as I contacted Happy Smile through this site by leaving a review, Michael C got back to me and calmed all my worries.
Very fast and informative responses, understanding and helpful! Michael got onto the case straight away and found out the details of my order and when I could expect it. Absolutely excellent customer service!

Was thinking of having my teeth whitened after coming across this website.
However after reading the reviews and then looking at there twitter feed I found them to be extremely rude and offensive.
I will most certainly take my custom somewhere else.

13/01/2017 Keep getting emails from Happy Smile after 7 years of waiting for a refund, still no refund, still no product. Happy Smile are a joke. The last time I had contact from Happy Smile I was offered a discount if I paid again for a new order.

I have just used happy smile uk to purchase my dentist bleach as the dentist charged me over £40 per tube and delivery was just next day and the price was excellent. They has secure online ordering system and i am very happy, wonderful service and they reply back to emails very fast and very professional. All my work friends use them all the time and have all ordered recently and every person is very happy, no complaints. Happy Smile no longer have any franchise opportunities and it must be that people must of ordered before from a 3 rd party some time ago. It is not like that anymore since i have been using them this year in 2010. We are all very happy and we have all saved a fortune. I have used happy smile for a few years now and I have never had a problem. After reading these reviews this week I was worried about ordering I thought it had been taken over by a conman. I placed my order on Thursday evening and I received them this morning. Very fast delivery and brilliant products.
I also have purchased from happysmileuk.com. I never recieved the said confirmation email but my account was debited on the 11 Nov, a month later I have not recieved the goods I ordered. I have sent them numerous emails with only an automated response as a reply and I cannot get through to anyone on the helpline. This website is a scam. Do not go near it. After reading other comments on this forum I too will be taking legal action.

I was initially pleased that the moulds and polanight gel were sent out so quickly however after sending the moulds back recorded delivery I am still waiting two months later for them to be sent back so I can start to use. I have e-mailed on average 6 times and submitted a ticket. I feel ripped off and very disappointed as this was highly recommended to me by a friend. I am still waiting for a response before I take this further as I have paid for this item!

I have been e mailing Sharon at Happy Smile. My first order didnt arrive at all. After I queried it, within a few days my order arrived, but one of the moulds was rubbish, I have let Sharon know and she was going to send out a replacement. The replacement never arrived. So now I am asking for a full refund. Sharon as decided not to answer my e mails. With a message out of office! Advising me that this e mail is no longer monitored. Any suggestions please?

I ordered gum trays which were too big so was promised replacements, they didnt arrive. My order for whitening gel took ages to arrive and when it did, it was the the wrong gel, they promised a replacement, it didn't arrive, then I placed a new order, that hasn't arrived either. Their `Customer service` is by `ticket 'only, there is no telephone contact whatsoever. I will not use this company again. Very poor!

I bought whitening gel and received my order in-time. The staff really communicated well in making sure the delivery will be fast. The product whitening gel really works good, my teeth were yellowish and now they look great, not totally bright white but so much whiter than before, I would not even call them white before now I can.

Answer: Sorry to say this but you've been scammed. Contact PayPal and request a refund. I paid my order on my card and my bank refunded me a week later.
Answer: You Will not receive your order. Request a refund from your bank! I ordered 1515th March and never received my order. I e-mailed and raised tickets, still nothing so I contacted my bank and a week later got my money back.

I've raised tickets and sent e-mails and got nowhere so I've now requested a refund from my bank. I suggest you get your money back as you'll not receive your order.
Answer: Hi I doubt HS is a genuine UK business because a genuine UK registered business publish their address and working phone number. Payments goes to Hong Kong. Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery doesn't take several days to arrive but it does if it's sent from Hong Kong, I know by personal experience. They don't supply the tracking number for the same reason as above. The five star reviews on this site and another are 'placed' and therefore faked. Two other businesses who's selling teeth whitening have reported Happy smile as malicious, coming from Michael Greenwood himself. You can check it yourself by clicking of a five reviewer's profile and look for their other reviews.
