Where is my order?. on 16th March I ordered 22% (10) syringe pack £49.99 and prophy paste (10 pack) (medium) heavy dental stains £7.99. I paid a total of £57.98 via PayPal to PDS Dental Group (invoice ID can be supplied). I'm struggling to get hold of anyone in the happy smile/polanight organisation, so in desperation I'm sending this & hoping to get some answers!! I've also contacted Fed ex delivery service & they haven't replied. I would appreciate a useful and prompt reply as to when this order will be delivered. Elizabeth Welch
Why are you, Michael Greenwood, placing your own copy and paste five star reviews? Several reviews are exactly the same, the only difference is the names. It's just proves you're a fraudster and should be shut down.
As you send orders by Recorded Delivery (4 days) why don't you supply the tracking number in your dispatched e-mail? It would be more convenient as well as professional if you did. I supplied a ticket and I've still waiting for a reply. Please do not telll me to do it again as one ticket should be enough. I'm still waiting for my order!

Request a refund from your bank!
I ordered 1515th March and never received my order. I e-mailed and raised tickets, still nothing so I contacted my bank and a week later got my money back.
