Complete rogues... Like to know why/how they are still trading!
Needs investigating, Happy Smiles! Hmmm only happy smiles going on are those in there received funds (From all the mugs who purchased products) My son purchased gel plus mouthgaurd, paid £55... waited, put in ticket ( cant call this company! Wonder why) No responce :/ Luckily we paid through pay pal, as i dread to think.
If you have any sense you will steer clear, I warned him before hand, Same offers on groupon for £17.95. No more to add, just beware as you've been warned.

The service was outstanding. My teeth are so white and thank you happy smiles. I would tell family and friends to use happy smiles. Happy smile products were excellent. Delivery fast. Customer service was better than other companies. I am a very happy customer.

I ordered from Happy Smile over 1 month ago and didn't receive my delivery. I asked for a refund a number of times and when they finally agreed to refund they said it could take 7-10 working days. Today is the 10th working day and still nothing! Do not order from this company they are a scam. They answer your emails (eventually) but don't action any requests. Its save to say I have been scammed! I will now have to contact my bank to report and get a refund that way.

I placed my order and it took 3 days. The order was sent by recorded delivery, The site looks abit out of date but do not let this put you off as the products and service is good. I would use them again and I am very satisfied, They do not have a phone number but they have a ticket system and are popular on social media so can be contatced online. I do not have anything negative to say as my order was complete and the goods delivered on time. Hope this helps with anyone thinking of ordering.

I had been paying so much money but this happy smile is fantastic. The site was very easy to navigate and the staff were so professional. I just wished I had found it soomer. Delivery was so speedy. I did read some comments about mixed up products but people often get kickers in a twist. I would highly reccomend this site for tooth whitening and they are so much cheaper than my dentist in sussex.

I purchased on Saturday and received an instant email saying it had been dispatched. The postage was 1st class Royal Mail. I received my order on Thursday and according to the postage stamp was actually posted on Wednesday. The fault doesn't lie with RM. But still no big deal. The order that came only had the dental impression kit and not the gels that I had orders. The kit contains plastic trays to which the upper one is too small for me. I've submitted a "ticket" for this and anther "ticket" when I realised I had no gels. They may come later but I don't know why that would be especially when my email stays the order had been dispatched. I've attempted to email but they bounce back because the Sharon@ doesn't receive. That's fine. I'm sure it isn't a scam it just seems difficult to access customer services or get replys (hence why I'm here). I'll leave a following glowing review if all is taken care of.

I used happysmiles gel last night. The difference in my tooth shade was incredible. I would of used this site years ago if I knew my teeth would go so white. The product I purchased was the happy smiles 22% and applied the gel for half hour each day. Very happy customer and would highly advise others to shop from them. The product was very easy to use and very cost effective. I purchased 10 gels but only need 6 but at least i have some left over for a top up treatment when needed. My smile is awsome. 100% best gel from this top company.

I have just got married and needed a product to whiten my teeth for my big day. I purchased happy smile 22% and this was incredible. My Photos were fantastic. The product was easy to use. Teeth so white. I am happy.

Granted I only ordered my gel 3 days ago but I received an email on 6/9/2016 at 08:03 saying my products were dispatched via tracked royal mail. I was not provided with a tracking number so I requested this... no response.

I have since called royal mail and they confirmed the item would have been with me next working day if there was no delays and they confirmed there have been no delays so they have indicated UK Smile company couldn't have sent it the day they said.

I have tried calling for two days solid with no answer after two rings and sent two tickets with no response.

I am a big fan cooking at home. My teeth were very yellow due to the curry I make for the family. Have used this site for products recently for teeth cleaners and my stains have gone. This is best site for teeth cleaners.

I have used this company for many years and have found it to offer the best systems for teeth whitening. I have used them 7 times now and they always provide me with a speedy service. I have been using the new happysmile 35% strength and my teeth are so white. I had used Polanight before but that caused sensitivity. Happysmiles own brand works excellent. I am so so so so happy to use this company. All my friends at work use this company too and they all love them too. Great service and top dental products. Very happy.

I have never dealt with anyone who is more professional than Sharon and it is no wonder why she had a testimonial on HEART FM she is amazing and so helpful... I purchased the Custom fit dental trays as they work better than the cheap instant types.
