Where is my order? I ordered on 25th march and still not received it. You said you dispatched it by Royal Mail first class. I want my money back please

I ordered 15th March can't guess what. I'm still waiting.
The automated dispatched e-mail is just that. Automated and does not mean it's been posted.
I've raised tickets and sent e-mails and got nowhere so I've now requested a refund from my bank.
I suggest you get your money back as you'll not receive your order.
