Not sure if the product sold is genuine? (Polanight) UPDATE
July 26, 2016

23/8/16 Happy to now give this product a five star rating.
I'll leave my original review below for reference but basically the follow up is that HappySmile sent me a trial of their 35% own brand teeth whitener. I used it as directed and the results have been superb, with Many people noticing and complimenting my white teeth :) no sensitivity either so a real bonus!

After my original concerns below I contacted Sharon at their customer service and she sorted it all out for me. Basically just needed the stronger gel.

So trust has been restored in HappySmiles, ther product works and service was great.

I will be reordering in the future as needed. 23/8/16.

Original review below...

There isn't a star rating for "not sure" so please read my review.

Having initially went to my local dentist for teeth whitening he introduced me to Polanight 16% tooth whitening gel and I went through the initial whitening with him (Three syringes at 16%) and the custom fit tray of course.

After just under thee weeks (and a visible difference in my teeth but not as white as i wanted them to be) I needed more gel syringes and as he wanted £40 for three syringes I checked online (as you do!). I came across what I assumed was the official Polanight website at polanight.co.uk and then through a link from there to to HappySmilesUK.com.

They advertised the Polanight 16% and 22% significantly cheaper than my dentist and I decided to buy four syringes of the 22% at just £19.99. I did worry about the "too good to be true" axiom but convinced myself the large price difference was down to the dentist over charging.

The four syringes arrived quickly and I used them as I had been directed by my dentists. Now for the doubt bit. My teeth have barely changed colour in the time I have used the Happy SmilesUK product (three syringes worth so far) and I am beginning to doubt whether the product is genuine or not.

Having come across several review sites suggesting that the products are not genuine or are out of date or poorly stored then I am having even more doubts!

Some reviews are positive, some are not. Totally confused here but may go back to dentist and see whether his product makes a difference.

So, is it genuine Polanight product that Happysmilesuk.com sell or is it out of date or poorly stored, or is it the real thing and stored as it should be? Doesn't appear to be any way of telling sadly - HappysmilesUK - can you convince me please?
