I ordered 150K gold and was told it would arrive (auction) in 4-12 hours. Three days later, NO GOLD. I went back to their site and after 10 minutes of back and forth with the live agent I'm told "thanks for your waiting and sorry to tell you we have no stock now but we will try our best to restock and deliver your order as soon as we can." They had 3 days to send me an email to give me an update to say my order is late. NEVER will I use these scammers again.

Did an order and noticed they hadn't logged in my account to perform the actions a week later. Contacted them and then was told that they wouldn't do the service and had failed to contact me to inform me of this. Then I had to threaten to recall payment from the bank to get them to issue a refund.

Basically they didn't want to honor the requirements listed on their website. I'm pretty sure they were fishing to get me to buy another service. I had used them in the past and thought they were great, now it seems they're settling into being scammers.

These people will take your payment and when you ask where your items are they tell you that you need to send them pictures of your id front and back drivers lic and all kinds of crazy fraud related item stay away from them.

I hope no one is still using this service anymore. A friend said one of his buddies recommended this website so i figure why not. What did i get? The runaround. Customer service is a joke. They lie to you constantly just to make sure they get their money. One told me i should expect my order in 8hrs and the other said eh wait 48hrs. Um not. You want to take my money now and expect me to wait when you website says things like less than 30mins? Never again will i use them. And most of the padded positive reviews are ppl who work for them or fake because they all same the same things with minor changes to their words

I have ordered for these people 3 times now. The first time the server was still kinda new, ill give them that even tho it took a week. The second time I get the " we just had a big order sold", maybe. That order only took 3 days. Now here I go again. Of course its only going on the second day, they just told me it might be another 6 to 12 hours. What a joke! I bought gold recently off guy4game the transaction went smoothly until 20 seconds later they ask for the gold back. It was another character with the same name with the one that gave me gold. At the time i did not notice he had a symbol in his name which looked the same as the first guy. He told me he needed the gold back because he forgot to take a screenshot. It was premeditated as there is no way for another scammer to message me within 20 seconds after the transaction. Pretty much ive lost my gold and contacted customer service on live chat. I got no where and they disconnected my chat multiple times. Do not buy gold from them or learn from my mistake don't trade gold back.
