Happy Experience with g4g, read if skeptical.

I've read a lot of reviews about guy4game.com coming short on orders or the website not being able to put out. I'd like to say i've never had that problem with guy4game.com. Most of the people you see who don't get refunds are rude, impatient, and don't have the right information that the customer service worker asks for (maybe a screenshot of some sort or an order id # to verify). I had a pleasant experience, i ordered some items and after two days i just now contacted customer support, was nicely helped by Grace and said she was sorry and asked if i could wait a little longer and of course i said yes. Shortly after the conversation ended i recieved my mail in game, maybe not even 10 minutes. So if you're ever skeptical of guy4game.com then read their policies, don't trade gold back even if they ask, if you need to contact customer support, be nice to the customer support team and your life will get a whole lot easier. Here is my conversation with the customer support team:

If you cant correct what happened here then i need to let everyone on world of wrcraft i know to not use this service and to stay clear do to gold being stolen from them after they recieve it. Your supplier was the one who stole it

Tom fountain: all i can say is that i hope that isnt someones toon you are leveling because i have a alt account and i can log in and give them the name of that toon and let them know you are gold venders selling gold and let them shut it down. This is corrupt sales agents and shouldnt happen with your own players. Ill start passing the word around. It may have been only ******* gold but its still theft

I will make a note on BBB and let everyone i know what happened and i will find a new supplier if this isnt taken care of. You have enough proof to act on you just chose to ignore it

Tom fountain: well you used him so it is your problem they are people you are suppose to be able to trust. Your website even says safe and secure transactions. Well if they never left group and he stole it than your problem is the same

Tom fountain: you are just refusing to correct something your supplier did to one of your customers

Tom fountain: i can see from right here your website is full of lies right down to customer satisfaction, you refuse to correct problems with all the evidense anyone would need and just dont care about your customers

Tom fountain: you are still the responsible person because you use that supplier to get the gold to your customer which did not follow what your website states by her putting it up on AH they chose to go there ownroute instead. This isnt good business. All you have to do is correct the problem by reading everything her and not letting your supplier rip her off like he did
