I like and it makes me eat more salads every day and I've lost weight. At first I thought the strong taste would deter me from using it but now I actually prefer it to regular olive oil.

I tried Lectin Shield before and didn't think it was doing anything, but this time I think it is helping my gut more. I'm using quite a few supplements to help me keep my digestive system working more normally. I previously had emergency surgery that removed 4 feet of my small intestine, so I'm not sure if that also messes up my elimination process. So far this Lectin Shield seems to be helping.

I have never been one to enjoy breakfast other than my morning coffee. Now, with my morning proplant complete shake I've discovered a way to energize without all those processed breakfast foods. I add coconut water as suggested for a delicious meal. There is no need for any other additional ingredients. Vanilla is my favorite but the chocolate is a great way to change it up on occasion.

I felt much better after only a couple of days of taking Bio Complete 3 with breakfast and dinner. I've lost 10 pounds since I started this past Sunday (so in 6 days). I am eating an Atkins style diet and never feel hungry. I made a Crustless Broccoli & Cheese Quiche today (pictured below).

I've tried many protein shakes before, and really loved what I heard on the video by Dr. Gundry. I have his books and find the shakes are my go-to breakfast. It's got all the nutrients I need and none of the chemicals I want to avoid. I have 6 auto-immune diseases and pump my system with nutrition. The shakes are a daily highlight! My husband even changed over to my shakes after years on a different brand. He feels better, also! We're enjoying our retirement feeling really good! (I mix a wee bit of vanilla shake mix with my chocolate mix in almond milk - YUM!)

I am so happy with how I feel! My gut "talked" to me all the time and was running to the bathroom constantly. I tried eliminating foods, eating very bland things and nothing helped. Probiotics alone did not do anything for me. Now that I am taking Bio-Complete 3, I have no talking stomach, no frequent bathroom trips! I feel great and so much happier. I have been enjoying a Pro plant complete shake every morning for breakfast. I add half a banana with unsweetened coconut milk making a delicious meal. I find my skin looks healthier, cravings have decreases and I have a more sustained energy throughout the day.

Right away when I started my first bottle drinking a swallow in the morning and another in the evening I noticed my heart was not hurting after one bottle. I am on my second bottle now and have noticed that the phone goes on my big toe nail is almost gone. I have not used anything else on it so I know it has to be this wonderful olive oil. I've been taking Bio Complete 3 for almost a month now and I've been feeling fantastic. I've been pooping more often, do not crave junk food and I sleep better. I follow Dr. Gundry's advice on his Plant Paradox diet and I have lost 9 pounds of fat. I've never participated in a more successful diet than Dr. Gundry's diet. Before taking Bio Complete 3 I was having several health issues that couldn't really be explained. I was having rashes, the cuticle on my fingers were swelling up and infected, my energy level was super low, and feeling agitated often. The doctor wanted to put me on several different medications. All of this seem to happen within a few months I knew there had to be something else that was going on here. This product tastes delicious. It is nutritious and I felt rejuvenated since I have been drinking it dor a few weeks now. It the first time I had a shake that is actually complete in terms of nutritional value and taste. Made with high quality ingredients and well balanced. I love this product and highly recommend it.
