I have only been taking BIO COMPLETE now for about 2 1/2 weeks. I feel better already which is quite shocking to me but also quite thrilling. I feel lighter, less bloated, with more energy and have lost 2 pounds already. My only issue is how long it took to get shipped to me as I am in Canada and it took awhile to clear customs. I will certainly continue and give this product a true and complete test. So far I am impressed. Thank-you.

It took me awhile to get started as I have always disliked olive oil. I sent my first bottle to my sister - to see what she thought. I finally got brave enough to try it, and now that I have changed the foods I am eating - all plant based and seeds/nuts - I use it to roast vegetables and I am putting it on everything I eat.
There is a huge difference between store brand olive oil and good olive oil and I'm now on my second bottle.
I'm not using any tech devices for photos or videos so can't provide proof of purchase.

I decided to try this product because of the claimed benefits (benefits that I knew I needed) and all I can say is that it changed my life. I had bloated gut, I was exhausted, I had the dark circles under my eyes, and struggled with low mood. I noticed a subtle change immediately and within a week I surprised with the contrast. I also noticed an increased ability to concentrate and less sugar cravings. I'm so glad that I have Bio Complete 3 and look forward to living my life just a little bit better.

I'm a month and a half into using this product. The first couple days I started taking Bio Complete 3 I took all 4 capsules at a time with a meal. By the next day or two I noticed a dramatic improvement in my regularity, and had significantly less messy BMs aka *magic poop* Then I read somewhere that it's better to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night so I did that the rest of the week. When I split up the dosage like that- it stopped making an improvement in my regularity, and my BMs were messier again. Still not super sure how important the dosing schedule is but I'm back to taking all 4 at a time and having consistent, good results! My dietary habits have been the same before and after starting this supplement as well.

Enjoy this every morning. I think I'm addictive to it's taste. Ran out of my first batch and soon found myself craving the taste. After receiving my next order I realized I felt much better after resuming my routine. Don't know and can't explain it but I felt healthy once I resumed taking MCT regularly. I thank Dr. Gundry for this product. I take a host of the Gundry products and just found out yesterday my dental hygienist does the same.

Before I started using the Bio complete my system was a real problem that all the doctors I saw and the tests I took did not help one bit! So, when I saw the ad I ordered it thinking "what if", and after a week or so my system was changing for the better. I can now count on daily bowel functions that has changed my life. I no longer have to wear protection hoping to get through my day safe. I have not lost much weight, but what is happening for me is wonderful. One of the best parts is no more stomach pain!

This protein powder is delicious and keeps us energized and full through the late afternoon when we would usually start craving snacks. Thanks for a wonderful solution to a protein powder that's lectin free and tastes great! Looking forward to trying other products.

The first product i have tried is the Bio Complete 3. I am amazed at the results! I had just come off an antibiotic from a bladder infection and really needed some good bacteria in my system. Be for this i have always had digestive issues-bloating, discomfort, belly fat, and low energy levels. After taking Bio Complete 3 for little less than a week, I was amazed! I felt so good and no discomfort with digestion. Plus I am loosing weight and have more energy. I am sharing my results with friends. Thank you for a product that works!

I think my body is still adjusting. I had a vet irregular digestive system prior to getting your product. I can say that I do seem to be more regular but it isn't always consistent but I am not disappointed, it's better than the once a week if that situation I had going on prior to purchasing your product. Wish I could afford to keep it up after it's gone so hopefully my body stays with the adjustment, I've been working on my diet also so hopefully.

I finally found a great tasting, satisfying, and filling protein shake that works with my sensitive digestive system. I was diagnosed in '79' with what they called then a 'spastic colon' now I believe I fall into the category of IBS-C. Dr. Gundry's shake gives me energy that lasts - there is no sudden crash after an hour and there is no bloating or discomfort. I've finally found a protein shake that works for me! :) Highly recommended!

I've been taking the product for about a month now. I have been struggling with craving sweets for as long as I can remember! I can honestly say I don't even think about a dessert after a meal to the point where a cupcake could be sitting in my face & I don't have the desire to touch it. I'm a big breakfast eater however I'm not hungry in the morning so I just eat a piece of fruit to have my morning dose of complete 3. Also my energy level is remarkable. This product really works for me. Highly recommended
