I have been a great supporter of Dr. Gundry and his theories for years. I have used some of his product to our benefit I believe. I have bought his books, and studied his science, which I found fairly on track. But what took me by total surprise was my feeling of the total dishonesty, and misleading tactics of his returns department. After becoming quite excited about his MCT Wellness product, I called an inquired about its potential to help me, since I am a type2 diabetic. It seems this complicates the efficacy of the product, and lowers our chance for success. Having tried and had success with Gundry's Vital Reds, and a couple of other products, and being reassured that if we held onto our empty containers for return, after a 90 day trial, we could get a refund the product was incompatible with our makeup. With great anticipation we started the product in the early part of 2023. We noticed right off that it did have an impact on our morning Blood Sugar Level readings, and stomach. Not wanting give up though, we went to our doctor and adjusted the doses of our meds, and later even changed meds. I really wanted to give this product the full 90 day trial. Having some concerns if we might make it we called Gundry and again inquired what we needed to do in case our attempts failed. My faith in Dr. Gundry and his research remained strong. Well we were told that all we needed to do was hold on to our empty containers for return and if the 90 day trial did not work out return them. To make a long story short, we persevered through higher blood sugar levels, and some really challenging, and sometimes embarrassing stomach issues. Sadly, after the 90 day trial, we conceded that we were not going to be able to overcome the side effects, with blood sugar med changes, and antidiarrheals. And we decided to just let it go. About a month later my wife approached me about why I had these empty MCT Wellness containers cluttering up our cabinet, so I decided it was time to call Gundry and ask how to start the return process. To my utter amazement, I was told by the representative that I did not qualify for a refund since the ninety days was past. I expressed how I had carefully inquired about it early on and was told that I just needed to hold on to my empty containers for return, and I had done that. Then she said I only had the 90 day period to return the containers after trying them. When I presented that it would have been impossible to do a 90 day trial, and return the empty containers as proof of completion before 90 days it changed nothing in our situation. I then asked if there was a supervisor I could talk to. I was just told that she would forward my question, and I might hear back from them. OK, so I have waited weeks, and heard nothing. This just fills me with sorrow, for the breach of trust. I will survive the financial hit. In fact it hurts much less that the betrayal of all our faith and hours of reading Dr. Gundys books. Of the many times I shared and discussed his findings and cures with family and friends. Really, what is this company thinking, they would have more than made up for their small financial loss by showing integrity in this instance. We know we did everything we could to not only meet their requirements for a return, but went above and beyond since we wanted to be able to use the product as a diabetic. I don't see how they can hold their head high though. And I caution anyone who feels confident in trying their product, thinking they will honor their promises. Sadly this is my experience, and I feel deeply disappointed, and betrayed by a company that I had really trusted for years.

I am writing this review more for the bio complete 3 than the lectin shield. I have no complaints or anything bad to say about the lectin shield but only recently started using it. I have had stomach problems since I was a child. I have went to numerous doctors, had numerous tests, numerous diagnoses, numerous opinions, strict diets, detailed journals. All with very little or no results. Over the decades of all this time and money spent I lost all faith in America's practice of medicine. And I also lost faith in life itself, would pray and ask the universe to please end my suffering. In any way, including ending my suffering through death. The stomach is like a second brain in the human body, meaning the stomach controls and communicates with the rest of the body. Many times I went to doctor's believing I had a disease and would soon die, that is how bad my stomach problems effected my whole body. I didn't realize then that the stomach could do this. Months ago I was on the internet looking into something that had nothing to do with my stomach or any of my problems, and one of the most annoying parts, in my opinion, of the World Wide Web happened. A pop up! It said something about Lectins and the stomach. I honestly don't remember exacts on the pop up. But I do remember my reaction. Of all the doctors and specialists I have seen, never once had I heard of this word.
Lectins. So with no confidence and expectations, I clicked on that pop up. It now was a video that was an hour or two long. My disheartened and faithless mind wanted to just close it and get back to my meaningless web browsing. But something inside guided me to give it a chance. The video turned out to be more informational than all those decades of previous experiences. I ordered the Bio Complete 3 that night. Days later I received them in the mail. After only a few days of taking them I noticed some change for the better. After a few weeks, my decades long suffering subsided. Tums, Pepto Bismol, Zantac, Imodium all have not been touched since. I now am able to order any item off the menu and enjoy it 100% with no punishment from my stomach. Words cannot express my gratitude not only for me but also the people around me that had to deal with my suffering. The universe provides, and in this instance, it provided me with a connection to Dr Gundry. I cannot thank you enough. I believe you have literally saved my life. My stomach problems caused so much suffering throughout my whole body that it effected everything in my daily life. I did not have many days at all that were enjoyable, even the days that should of been nothing but. I only started the Lectin Shield in the recent weeks and have only noticed a small positive change, but mainly because I am so happy about the results of the Bio Complete 3 my judgement is clouded in bliss. I have met and know many people with stomach issues and have yet to meet one with problems as bad I had. I understand that my pain will always be worse than yours because I only experience my pain but I say my problems were worse than others through conversations about their and my symptoms. My life partner used to say she does not understand how I could get through the day to day jobs of life. I tried my best not to complain to others and especially her much at all. Knowing that complaining will do absolutely nothing to help me and especially others. But because she knows me, she could just see the torture I had to fight through daily. And looking back, I don't know how I did either. Thank you for that annoying pop up that has changed my life for the better! I recommend your products to anyone that now tells me or I overhear talking about stomach issues.

Wow! I am sooooooo happy with the results I've been getting from Bio Complete 3 that I just placed another order to stock up as I cannot live without this product. I have been battling ill effects of Acid Reflux and heart burn for years and nothing really helped. Since taking Bio Complete 3, the occurrences of these issues have been greatly reduced. My stomach has never felt this calm and my bloating improved so much! The improvements in my digestion was quite apparent after just 2 weeks of taking this product. I love that these are natural, high quality ingredients products as I am all about natural healing.
Also, my stomach use to hurt every single time I ate something that did not agree. I couldn't believe that there is a product out there that can work so effectively to crush my desire for sweets. I actually turned down dessert now, not because I shouldn't have it but more because I didn't feel like having it. Never thought I could ever willingly turn down dessert and not be missing it. I still enjoy a bite or small pieces of something every now and then but no longer is dessert a must to complete every meal. This product is amazing in curing so many ailments I have been suffering from. It is still too soon to tell for me but I'm looking forward to seeing improvements on my skin as well.
I just received the shipment of your books "The Plant Paradox" and " The Plant Paradox Family Cookbook" and I'm so excited to learn more. I should also mentioned that these supplements have also been effective in helping my 18 year old daughter who is battling bouts of dairy intolerance or lactose intolerances Although she hasn't been properly diagnosed, she has recently been taking Lactaid for stomach pains and diarrhea caused by dairy consumption. Bio Complete 3 was more effective that the Lactaid pills for her.
