Best when taken on a empty stomach. This will help combat inflammation. I take it first thing soon after awakening. Any digestive enzymes are more functional when your stomach is empty. I then take 2 more one hour before dinner.
I am not an doctor however it has been shared that the road to health lives in the gut. I have been diagnosed with IBS I've lived with this for years, using holistic and modern northern medicine.
