I have a cranky colon in the best of times. After experiencing fire ant bites, inflammation and infection i was prescribed a antibiotic. I knew it was crucial to restore my digestive track with good bacteria. BioComplete3 rescued me.
My most noticeable positive results from Bio 3 include more regular bowel movements without previously experienced constipation and control of my weight. I am a 73 year old male with a heart condition who just completed 4 urological surgeries in the span of two months, from which I successfully recovered. I can't say that my recovery is attributable to Bio 3, but I suspect that is was a contributing factor.
I started taking the supplement about a month ago it has been very helpful.
It just fills me up that I'm not hungry the rest of the day, because I add to it flax seeds, banana and spinach it's become my "Go To"!

At 71 I'm in a fairly good position with my health (knock on wood). Never had any prescription drugs although I have tried many of your Supplements. I find it exciting when you come out with these newer supplements especially with regards to our guts. This seems to be the way to go with our health issues. I'm half way through my first month of taking Bio Complete 3 and although I didn't have any real issues I do feel confident with this product. I've been taking Bio Complete 3 for about 6 months and I've never been more regular with my bowels! I love it and will continue! I would suggest to be more specific in the directions. They currently say to take 4 pills per day. Dr. Gundry wrote that he takes 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner which makes more sense to me.
I have been taking these capsules only about 2.5 weeks, but my gut is much more "comfortable." Having been diagnosed with IBS and trying to manage it without prescription meds has been a hit or miss thing. Sometimes feeling well for days and then suddenly experiencing a really uncomfortable day has been frustrating, painful, and restricting (not wanting to leave home on those days). Since taking these capsules (4 daily), I find my gut feels so much better and I am more regular - and so far, no bad days!

First of all I would like to thank Dr. Gundry for the wonderful product that God has shown him to make. I've been using this Bio Complete for about 3 weeks now. I noticed a big difference on the second day of using it. You see
I've been having trouble going to the bathroom for years now. I have tried all kinds of things some seam to work others made my colon black then others my body got used to them. Since using Bio Complete i have been going to the bathroom every day now with out gas pains. I've heard some say they had running stools I think that they might have to many toxins in their body but I know for me that it works. Thank you God and Mr. Gundry.
Having the ProPlant Complete in the morning allows me to avoid less healthy items I was habitually 'enjoying.' I add Dr. Gundry's 'Vital Reds' to the shake, and I'm finding my acid indigestion is all but gone! I feel less bogged down and sluggish. Time will tell, but I feel better after only enjoying the shake for five days. The money not spent on the food I would have been eating more than off-sets the cost of the shake. It's a win-win!
As soon as I began taking this, I experienced some digestive trauma (as noted by Dr. Gundry) through the first 8 days. After that, I had no issues and felt more energy, felt less brain fog, and my bowel movements have completely reflected better gut health.
My husband & I both in our sixties use 5 of the Gundry products on a regular basis. We started the MCT Wellness five days ago and immediately felt a difference in energy even on the 1st day. This product can take as much as a month of use for you to feel a difference. It mixes well better than some of the other Gundry products we use. Taste is great and we have been taking it in early afternoon, sometimes mixed with the Red drink. Love this refreshing supplement.
So far I have not really noticed any changes in the first few weeks, with one exception. The supplement definitely has changed the consistency of body waste. I think that is a pretty good indicator that something good is happening in my body. I just haven't noticed any other differences, such as more energy.
I am convinced enough to stay with it for another couple of months and see if I notice more positive results.

Also, NO WHERE was there a Phone # to call to get this crucial label information. VERY ODD!
I have been taking Bio Complete 3 as directed for about 3 weeks. Prior to beginning the supplement I had been experiencing some discomfort after eating certain foods. That discomfort went away. I do feel better now and have more energy. I get up earlier every morning, and feel rested. I have returned to doing certain household chores that I been ignoring. I have been losing weight without trying. I needed to shed about ten pounds, and I'm going in that direction. Love how this is working for me. Dr. Gundry's emails are also helpful to my healthier lifestyle.

The shake is very tasty and give a good amount of energy and helps curb appetite. I would recommend the product. It seems to give an energetic feeling that helps my workouts and/or just doing physical work.
