I have noticed an improvement in my digestive health since starting the Bio Complete 3. I realize that
It takes time to reverse years of having a sluggish system. I'm positive that I will continue to feel better the longer I am on this new regimen. At 66 years old, I didn't think anything would improve my digestion problems. Thank you!

I kept seeing Dr G's advertising on FB, finally I listened to what he had to say. It was incredible! He was talking about my conditions; i. E. bloating, gas, irregular bowels, stubborn fat, frustration! I had to give this product a try, no harm trying, right? I started July 8,2022 and one month later I feel so much better. My gas and bloating is down, my bowel movements are once a day or every other day instead of 5 times a day, and I have lost about 5-7 lbs without counting calories or eating diet food; just eating healthy meals. My snack cravings are minimal. I can go between meals without hunting for food or sweets, and I can watch a show at night after dinner without needing chips, ice cream, pretzels, pop corn. I feel motivated to continue to be healthier. Thank you!

Vital Red is a nice drink to enjoy in mid afternoon. I use it with ice cold Puritan's Pride water and stir it vigorously in order to dissolve all the granules.A small whisk is on my buy list for better results.

My husband and I started Bio 3 1 month ago. At first we did have a lot of grumbling tummy but... that was because it was doing it's job! My husband can now eat nuts and beans again, and I can tolerate dairy better than before. We are thrilled that Bio 3 is giving us our gut health back. I see my husband and slimming down, and although he says he can't see a difference in his energy or sweet cravings, I sure can! Thanks Dr. Grundy I think we have finally found an answer to issues we never felt would be found.

Why are these products so expensive? Unattainable by the average person. If so amazing & life saving, why is this not ready available to the general public at a cost affordable to even the lowest of income? Might as well be providing top plastic surgery procedures to the rich &famous, if not going to make these amazing products available to the general public with low income or fixed income. Today so many people are already forced to choose between life saving meds. Or paying utility bills monthly. It isn't right to charge higher cost, limiting those who could truly benefit from it, but may not be able to purchase it because of prices. Hope & pray one day that something such as this product will be available for all in need.

After 2 and a half weeks of making use of Dr. Steven Gundry's Bio Complete 3 I have found that food cravings have reduced, there is less bloating in my GI tract, my general well being is on the improve and it seems well worth the effort required to get the thing started. I would rate it at very good with even better results coming through in the past few days and further improvements anticipated by making it a regular part of my daily routine along with healthy eating. Keep the good ideas and experiments coming Dr. Gundry!

Have been using for two weeks and find it has made a difference in my digestion and regularity. I can not at this time notice other overall health and well being attributes described in promotional piece but am continuing the process hoping for future long term benefits. I have increased exercise as recommended and have managed to lose 2 pounds. I look forward to reporting in two or three months to update my progress.

I consider myself to be a fairly healthy person when it comes to my diet but have always had a hard time with the sweets. About a week into taking the biocomplete 3 my cravings for sweets have disappeared. I'm not kidding and am reaping some serious benefits because of this product!

Been taking this product for 3 weeks when I wake up and when I go to bed. I don't feel bloated and so gassy any more unless I eat some bad food which only happens on the holidays. I still need to better my diet but it's hard and takes time but taking this product I feel pretty good. In the process of ordering the plant paradox so I can get on the right track of eating more healthy. Bio 3 is working really good for me sometimes when I go poop I don't even have to wipe like the caveman people back in the day so that tells me my gut buddies are doing their job. Thanks Dr G

They set me up on a reoccurring order of 6 f their shakes. They also sent the wrong flavor. These are not cheap by any means when the second shipment arrived I immediately called. Yes you can send them back but there is no shipping label you must pay return shipping yourself and it must have a tracking number. I company that charges so much for their products could at least have return shipping. But I was shocked at the subscription set up they do watch out that they don't do it to you. By the way when you order something from them you have to wade through numerous get this product too ads before you get to the confirmation page that should have been my first clue. My guess is they had a surplus of vanilla and is dumping it off in their orders.
