After such good results with Bio Complete 3, and having much more energy, better digestion and less arthritic pain, I decided to try the Pro-plant chocolate shakes to help in losing weight. I was so pleased to see all the ways it could be used, including as a dessert mousse or ice cream treat. But would it taste ok? Wow, it really is chocolate, and satisfyingly sweet without being sugary. It is so easy to whizz up in a blender and has become a quick lunch for me when working. I feel full, it doesn't give me reflux (unlike other dietary shakes) and I don't get a big energy slump a couple of hours later. It is a yummy way to get extra fibre into my diet too, and it feels like an indulgence, not a replacement. Thank you Dr Gundry, you are literally saving my life with your products.

I have been looking into dieting options for a couple months now. I've watched a few of Dr. Gundry's video's and they seem to make sense to me and jive with some of the other research I have done. I started Pro Plant Complete shake a couple weeks ago. I had a friend comment at lunch that I looked thinner. I've lost about 4 pounds and dropped my body fat percentage by about 2% though everything fluctuates from day to day. I'll keep at it and see how things go from here. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the taste still isn't amazing - especially in water. I switched to the recommended unsweetened coconut milk and that is more tolerable. I keep telling myself it's better than the sugary lectin filled protein shakes I was drinking before. Updates to follow.

Total Restore is definitely an effective product that I would recommend if a person suffers from leaky gut. After 21 days, I had no side effect and I feel energetic and focused. Thank you Dr. Gundry for your dedication helping us to achieve optimal health.

I suffer from core issues, from years of bad habits. Best product I have r ever taken and would never use anything else. However, price was an issue... only because I'm a 1099 Healthcare employee... money tight but, will continue... using myself and recommending for life!

I've been taking the Total Restore for one month, and have already lost 10 pounds! I haven't increased exercise or changed my diet, so it definitely is having an affect on my body. Delivery was fast, too.

The ONLY purpose is to let people know from my experience they should try this product. Don't like writing reviews but reading is knowledge. Although bathroom habits changed a bit (not as frequent) to me, it's a good product. Putting out fire of inflammation required more than medication. That + finding healthy food has made a difference w pain

I have been using Bio Complete 3 consistently for two months now. My medical history is long and complicated, have suffered with constant constipation for years and have tried everything from diet, exercise, popular over the counter products including pills, liquids, enemas, etc. but nothing has given me anything but temporary relief. When I came upon your video online, it seemed logical and made sense to me, so I ordered my first bottle. I did not expect results or a resolution to this almost lifetime problem immediately but I can honestly say that it is helping. I am finally starting to get some consistent results and thank you for that!

I must admit I was skeptical about the potential results, but the improvements for me have been, reduced stomach size with regular bowl movements, producing less pressure on my lungs. Improved energy levels without the need for additional food intake or supplements. I find that my desire for food has also subsided, without " the being on a diet" motivation. My weight has not begun to decline yet.( only 2 weeks in) but I feel less bloated all over. Some body definition is returning on legs and arms. It is only a matter of time and the extra kilos will move off. Some other body and movement changes are harder to describe at this early stage and may be more related to the better wellbeing feeling, but I will keep you informed.

Dr Gundry explains health issues in ways I understand and can easily implement. His podcast are full of useful health related information and interesting fun facts. I am thankful for such a teacher and physician that can relate to everyone who is going through the same journey as himself!

My family and I have lived many years eating the 'normal' lectin abundant American diet. In the last couple of months via Dr Gundry's advanced supplements, the calvary has arrived. My wife and I take Total Restore daily to keep our guts in superb condition. In addition, we take Lectin Shield for any meals where there is anticipated harm from lectins. As other reviewers have noted, our guts have never been calmer and more peaceful, and our energy and clarity of thinking profoundly improved. Bless Dr. Gundry forever for the new zeitgeist he's brought with his current and continual discoveries.

I am having joint, muscle and stomach pain issues. My doctor literally asked me "what is it you want me to do for you?" At that point I began more research on the internet. I read Dr Gundry's articles, including leaky gut/auto immune issues and the value of vitamin D concerning plaque build up which I may even had as a cause of my leg muscle pain for over 3 years. I can honestly report that my stomach burning, bloating, constipation and overall joint and muscle pain has begun to lessen. I have always eaten a good diet but his diet suggestions are great also. I also take my vitamin D. It may be coincidence but I don't think so. I will continue to take my Bio Complete 3 and hope for continued positive progress.
