I have been using these pills daily and I am beginning to think that they are helping with my bowel movements. In the past, I would go a little for a couple days, then one big one. Now, I get up in the morning and go quite well. The last couple days I go when I get up then 4 or 5 hours later I go again. Makes me nervous. I still eat most of the time and try to drink more water daily.

I love this product but I don't know how that I managed to order 18 containers, I thought that I was ordering 6. This order has cost me approximately $1,000 AU. Not what I was expecting! I love your show and especially your podcast. However, please cut down on the excessive advertisements! I know you have to pay the bills, but I'm sure you have made enough money by now that you can advertise less! It's distracting, annoying, and makes me not want to listen. Love the show, but the advertisements are downright annoying.

I was was diagnosed with moderate esophagitis and gastritis with diarrhea and chose this per a fellow nurses recommendation. I'm taking two in the morning and two in the evening along with 2 other supplements for restoring gut health. I am still dealing with the same burning in my stomach but feel the diarrhea has improved somewhat. I think that to give a more complete review I will need to be on the supplement for a longer length of time.
My lethargy and fatigue have gone replaced by a new found energy and snap in my step. My internals are working with a regularity I have not experienced since I was a young man. I wanted to try the MCT Wellness product. I ended up ordering four jars (they try to hook you in for more jars after you start to shop). After using two of them, I contact Gundry MD about the lack of results. There was no improvement in my energy level, my digestion, my sleep quality, or my ability to lose weight. The customer service person, Carlos, told me to keep using the product until closer to the expiration of the 90-day guarantee. I figured, OK, I'll keep trying it, thinking that I would still get a full refund. Then, when I contacted them again--and by this time, I was into the fourth jar--I was told that I only receive a refund for unused product. So, a marketing scam. If I was to buy one jar and use it up, and told them it didn't work, there is no refund. Beware of their deceptive marketing practices.
I am so pleased with Bio Complete 3, I didn't realize how bad of shape that my gut microbiome had gotten. I am taking so many of your products I'm not sure which ones are doing me the most good. I have the chocolate smoothie in the morning with the Prebio Thrive and Primal Plants in the smoothie. It is so good. Then I take Peak Mobility and Lectin Shield after lunch. My Doctors are thrilled with the 17 pound weight loss. I do feel better all over.
