My husband and I take the Bio Complete 3, Vital Reds and the Proplant Shake every day/Morning. We stay energized, full longer, and our insides moving comfortably. We will continue to use Dr Gundry's wonderful products! Our insides thank us every day! We definitely feel how much our bodies are loving the quality of the ingredients and really are thankful for all the wonderful products! I am sure it is different for everyone, but I feel gut health is most important for staying healthy since that is where our immune system is. Our health regimen is just getting better and better because of these great products. I think everyone should give it a shot! Be well people, Dr. Grundy I feel is really genuine!

I have been using Dr. Gundry's PreBioTHRIVE and Vital Reds for quite awhile and liked the combination. When he introduced Bio Complete 3 I was interested to experiment how combining the 3 Bio's would effect my gut system... I am 77 and a had accumulated that bloated gut that starts under the breast and rounds out and under the belly and within 2 weeks of using the product I started noticing a reduction and now 2 months later I can honestly say it's reduced over half... and feel more energetic than have in years... I take Bio Complete 3 as Dr. Gundry recommends, PLUS I cut out sugar, & lectins as best as possible. My whole G. I system feels much more healthier since I started taking Bio Complete 3. I also take the total restore which I believe is helping with digestion of "real food". Dr. Gundry will not like me to say this but, I need to be honest. I still have to take 1 omeprazole tab in the morning because this helps to prevent heart burn or systemic reactions from having G. E. R. D (gastro esophageal reflux disease). When I started to take the Bio complete 3 I stopped taking the omeprazole for about a week however, the heart burn was so bad I couldn't stand it so, I started taking it in the morning. I wonder what Dr. Gundry would recommend? Kind regards, S. C.

I guess it is working because we are able to go out for a regular meal about once a week without it bothering us. Before we started using it, I had problems, rather severe, with my arthritis when I ate something I shouldn't. Now the only symptom I have when I eat something that isn't on the plan is itching that last for about a day.
The plant paradox plan has worked wonders for us. My wife and I are in our 80's and both had diabetes. Blood tests are now normal after 10 months on the program. My wife dementia vanished and my arthritis is gone. I also lost 70 lbs and my wife lost 35 without trying to lose weight. Have got about 6 of our friends on it now with similar results.

Eight weeks ago my wife and I began the Plant Paradox diet on the recommendation of her gastroenterologist. My wife had been hospitalized three times in a two month period due to recurring C-Diff. Since beginning Dr. Gundry's diet plan, including the daily use of his recommended supplements (Lectin Shield and others), my wife has had no recurrence of C-Diff, and her gastrointestinal difficulties have completely ceased. We unreservedly recommend the Diet and Lectin Shield to anyone in similar gastrointestinal distress.

I have tried many of Dr. Gundry's products and I love them all. But the Bio Complete 3 is the best for me. I suffer from diverticulosis with bouts of diverticulitis. This product has helped immensely with my overall gut health. I have no more bloating and no cramping. It's been a complete turnaround for me since I started taking BioComplete 3. I will never be without this product. My gastroenterologist is happy it's helping me and recommends I continue taking it.

I spent over an hour watching a video about all the benefits of the MCT Wellness product. I thought it would be worth giving it a try and ordered it.
After taking the product, I saw and felt no benefits at all.
I wrote customer service asking for a refund. I was flatly denied, and was told that I was past the 90 day mark, and no refund would be granted.
I wrote back stating that I wanted to give this product the benefit of the doubt and consume 100% of the product before making a claim that it did not work. I never heard back from anyone after that.
I am very disappointed.
I would gain my respect back for this company if they would respect my good intentions to take all of the product before saying it did not work.
I respectfully ask that something be done on my behalf.

Firstly, let it be known that I only take 2 a day rather than the directed 3. And yet I've felt a difference in how my insides are working. I fight to maintain good GI health due to a myriad of health issues and Total Restore has helped bring a new balance to my diet and health, despite my lack of following directions. It should also be mentioned that I haven't gained a pound (that I haven't lost back immediately) since beginning TR. And unless I eat something I really shouldn't, I rarely experience the kind of belly bloat that I was experiencing before starting TR. I really feel that it has added back something I was missing before, due to biological dysfunction. Thanks! I am feeling much better today than a couple weeks ago.

Since I started using Dr Gundy's Bio Complete 3 I feel great. I never write reviews but this product deserves a review about how well it works. The first week I started using it I saw a change in my body and I finally found a product that really does what it advertises. So far I'm a very satisfied customer.
