I ordered Bio Complete 3 to help me with digestive issues. So far it has helped with the indigestion and heartburn I feel after every meal. I still have some discomfort but it has slowly been getting better. I would love to feel none of this discomfort when I eat but I haven't taken Bio Complete 3 for long so I'm going to be patient. Overall, I'm glad I tried it!

We purchased GundryMD's Dietary Supplement that are absolutely overpriced and useless drugs. There is no correction between their claimed benefits and ingredients. They use fancy bottles and charge huge price tag. I listed on ebay to recover some of extravagant spending on this useless drugs. The next day, tracy. Martell@ gundrymd.com lied to ebay as if my two bottles of their supplement are "counterfeits" and "illegal". How do they know? Of course, they cannot answer because they were lying. They also claim it is ILLEGAL to resell. Who does she think she is? It is ILLEGAL because she thinks so?

It tasted much better than I thought while I know it's all plant based healthy proteins! Only one things I need to figure out is how to make it dissolve and mix well with the hot water? It seems to easily form chunks other than all melt into the water.
Well, to be honest when I ordered the Active Advantage I was really hoping it would help to soften the lines in my face a bit. When I purchased the bio complete 3 I only wanted to use it one time.its not that I wanted to lose weight. I didn't need to lose a whole lot of weight. L was more interested in in the 3ps and my gut health. I started it our by taking them wrong.the bottle said4aday so I space them our through out the day. I was getting sad to see my bottle was almost going.so I thought about it and decided to order the bio skin complete.so when I call customer service and spoke to a person I couldn't think of the name of it to save my neck so she told me to to on line. I've been on the supplements now for 2 months. I am improving, but have a ways to go. I had spent $7,000, on Functional Wellness for my leaky gut and never got cured. I did loose weight but since have gained it back and more. I've pretty much stayed on the diet but I never seems to loose any weight! It's mostly in my belly.
Using Lectin shield when I know I will be straying from the Gundry approved food list makes an immeasurable difference. I can still tell when I have deviated from my now normal eating patterns and foods, but the difference with Lectin Shield is Amazing! Symptoms are much more mild and much less prolonged.
I noticed a difference on the first day of taking the pills. My digestive system is working better and I am having better stools which I noticed right away. My gut feels better & my overall feeling of health is improved. They are working well for me and I feel good at this point. It's been almost a week.
Okay, so I experimented, used this product for a month, felt so good (digestion), and then waited 2 weeks to reorder. The 2nd week, I suffered from bloating again!
