I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 6 years ago, but have never been medicated for it because of drug allergies and awful side effects. I mostly manage it with my diet, but still have flare ups and struggle managing at times. I began BioComplete3 three weeks ago and became regular after a week. I am so thankful. I have noticed a difference in the skin on my face; especially, on one area. There was a growth near my left eye & I have had it for several years. After using Dr. Gundry's Bioskin Youth Formula for about a month, I noticed the unobtrusive but annoying growth seemed to be shrinking. I figured it was my imagination, until part of the growth literally fell off! Within 24 hours, the entire thing was gone! Of course, I can't be sure that Bioskin was the cause of this occurrence. Be careful if you order Lectin Shield as it contains Shellfish and was not disclosed in Dr Gundry's sales pitch. I discovered when I received and read carefully the ingredients. When I called to return - I have to pay to return it. I'm allergic to shellfish. Very Disappointed in the product and service.

After experimenting for a long time with different oils this is the one that finally gives me the results I have been searching for. I find my 73 year old body is less achy in the morning and my digestion has improved.
The taste is strong but I find a tablespoon in the morning is a great wake up tonic. A little bit goes a long way when used in recipes and adds a nice peppery flavor. I'm on my second order.

After reading so many positive reviews, I was tempted to try the shakes and felt secure in my purchase with a 100% money back guarantee. Read the fine print! They do not offer return shipping which is pricey. I took 2 sips and had a severe reaction to the product. Customer service offered a full refund but not shipping. They lost a future customer and will not try any other products. It does not make sense to offer a guarantee without shipping. 2 sips cost me a bundle to return 3 full canisters of a useless product that tastes nasty and disgusting. It has alot of artificial sweetener in it and may be the reason for the physical reaction. Cannot recommend this product or company.

I do not have a fair response just yet. I always start changes gradually and I took one tablet twice a day the first two days and on the second day my b/p went up to 185/88. Not sure what was going on because it is normally 128/72. I had an appointment for my physical and all was fine and I shared what had happened and she was pleased that I do take it regularly and told me to watch it. All lab work was excellent. So I took one a day again until the last few days I went to two and had no problems.
