Gundry MD

I have one cup of coffee every morning when I first wake up. I use to drink another cup or two during the day till I tried Vital Reds. The difference between Vital Reds and coffee is that Coffee will give you a little boost for a short time, but Vital Reds gives you this energy all day and it just makes you feel good. There is only 10 cal in a serving and no sugar, yet it tastes like fruit punch. My wife and I don't go a day without Vital Reds and Total Restore.

For about 3 weeks I have been taking Bio Complete 3 along with Total Restore and I am very happy with the results. I am also following the dietary guidelines in Longevity Paradox. After some uncomfortable issues initially, I feel better than I have in years and the improvements keep coming. I no longer need to take all the homeopathic remedies for digestion and bowel issues which I was using on a daily basis for several years. I sleep better, eat better and have more energy. And I've lost a few nagging pounds that I was struggling with after I stopped smoking last December. I am 65 years old and have had digestive problems most of my life. I am convinced I am on the right path to clearing all that up - finally!

I did this more for the gut health aspect that it advertised, and lost a little over 10 pounds in 30 days. I am totally thrilled with this product the only thing that is a little bit of a catch is that they've made a mistake in my order/billing two times (out of two orders) and I've had to call to get that straightened out. They corrected some things but not to my total satisfaction as they double billed be the first time and sent double product and did not reimburse the shipping. The second time they did me an AutoShip which I did not push that button. So you have to keep an eye on them. Otherwise, it's a great product.

I bought 3 bottles of Bio Complete from his Facebook advertising and made me sick to my stomach.
My glucose level is going up and down and I wished I could talk to this Dr. Gundry who is a supposed to be a doctor but he is a crook.
I am trying to find a way to get my refund.

I have not been on the product very long. I'm hoping it will curb my appetite and increase my energy levels. COVID-19 has limited my activity, however, I am walking 3 1/2 miles each morning. As temperatures lower, i am hoping to return to playing pickleball. I had a compound fracture to my left arm on May 23, which required putting a plate in to stabilize my arm and wrist But I have recovered quite well. But with so much down time and living by myself, my energy levels and motivation have waned. I eat from boredom and I am also Diabetic, so it's quite a concern. I don't think I have been on the product long enough to see results, as of yet.

As skeptical as I was in ordering this product, I found myself desperate, having had diverticulitis nearly 10 years and no real hope through the medical profession aside from getting a pat on the head, walking away with yet another prescription of antibiotics. This was my one last hope that I might feel better without surgery, and guess what? I DO FEEL BETTER after taking the product for only a few weeks. The pain is gone. I can eat a variety of foods without fearing pain in the evening as I had been having for more time than I want to remember. My bowel movements are back to normal. I'm taking energy renew, mct wellness, and vital reds. I've been on the first two products for a month with noticeably great results. I just added vital reds yesterday and experienced an immediate improvement in my energy level and focus. These products have virtually eliminated my lower back stiffness and tennis elbow, caused by inflammation i'm sure. My focus and concentration are better than ever, my energy level is like never before since i was very young, and my mood is positive!

I have been using for two weeks now, and must admit my gut is feeling much better, and my belt is getting looser. Will be able to judge if it is the Biocomplete after using for a few more weeks, but so far so good. On another note one of my bottles arrived damaged, despite what appears to be good job of packaging. On reporting back on this to Gundry MD, I heard back almost immediately, with an offer to replace the damaged item for free. Pretty good customer service!

Before taking Lectin Sheild I was always feeling sluggish and bloated, even when I didn't eat a lot. I got to the point where coffee no longer helped me. I also had, what seemed like, uncontrollable hunger, and my cravings were out of control. I really disliked how I felt.

I felt a difference after taking it for the first time so I know it was something I needed to stick with. I was so glad I got the 3-bottle deal when I ordered it because it's a body saver. Now I have so much energy. My mental fog is gone which helps me to focus better on my work and I'm not bloated like I was before. This is truly an amazing product!

I have tried several products from Dr. Gundry MD and am pleased with all of them. I have stopped all stomach, GERD and indigestion RX's. My stomach is so much better. My digestion and elimination is wonderful. Proplant is really good. I make a shake with the recipe on the container but add a little ice to make it like a milkshake. I have now started Energy Renew and am liking it so much that I have cut coffee consumption down to half. Try the products you won't be disappointed. If you are they offer a great refund policy, but I have never returned anything. To top everything off I have lost a bit of weight without even trying.

I use this as a replacement for lunch. I find it filling and takes very little time to make. If for some reason my lunch time is disturbed the shake is still good later- so I do not miss out on the meal.
