Be careful that MCT Oil can cause stomach pain. I have been sick for a week without being able to eat. MCT oil or powder may cause abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I will stop using this product right away. Really bad experience.

Being in afib all the time, with my second pacemaker, on 4 meds and taking over 10 supplements, living alone, on this insane continent on low income it's impossible to say what the benefits are of this product. Love what this shake does for me every morning! This is the first thing I put in my body everyday(after a full glass of water). So glad they came out with vanilla. I started Lectin Shield two weeks ago. My diet in general is healthy minimal sugar however still having bread a few time pasta.
