I just finished my first jar of Steven Gundry's MCT Wellness. After 30 days, all I can say is that it makes a pleasant tasting warm drink. Increased energy? No. Better sleeping? No. Healthier hair & nails? No. Decreased appetite/ weight loss? None. My bottom line is: waste of money.
I've been taking Bio complete for about a month now. I have crohns disease along with an incisions hernia from a crohns related surgery. I've not noticed a big change in bowel movements but my hernia seems to pop out a lot less often. I'm guessing due bloating. Before taking this product, I was constantly pushing it back in. I'm hoping that this, in combination with some other supplements that I can get my digestive system back on track. Doctors want me to suppress my immune system. I say there has to be a better way. This is a SCAM. After a couple of months of using the product, I developed serious intestinal and stomach issues. It took months to get them to cancel my auto-ship. When I wanted to return the product they said since it was past the 3-5 days of trial that I would need to pay to return the product and ONLY be refunded 30% of what I had been charged. It has now been over 6 months, and I have still never received a shipping label for the return of the product or a reply regarding the 30% on the 2 auto ships that arrived AFTER I canceled.

For the first 2 weeks of taking bio complete 3 things weren't significantly different... yes, I did have more frequent bowels movements, but nothing really drastic. Nothing else I tried worked including careful monitoring of what i ate. Bio Clear 3 has resulted in one normal bowel movement a day and so I slowly started eating some of the foods I had avoided.
