An hour after my meds, I take a large teaspoon full of the polyphenol rich olive oil each morning. I also take oil soluble vitamins D and K for my heart. My regularity has improved and I am feeling better. I also try to skip a meal a day and exercise on bike or 15 minutes of free weights most days.

Been taking for about 3 months 2 - 2x day. Nothing dramatic has changed but overall in general feeling a bit "better". Less cravings, eat less at meal times, not sure if I've actually lost any weight yet, but definitely stopped gaining, more regular / normal bowel movements, improved overall mood.

Bio Complete 3. Save your money. These types of products can be found in foods and other products that are just as good. Contains maltodextrin, which may not be healthy for some -people with particular medical conditions. Won't be purchasing it again
Over 6 months ago I had emergency spine surgery. Recovery has been slow, as I have almost no feeling in ankles & below so balance is nearly impossible. In addition I remain incontinent of bladder & bowel. I can move my bowels by working core muscles, but never completely as before. Texture of BM was inconsistent making accidents more likely. BioComplete 3 has been a game changer for me! Even though taking iron supplement I am having an almost normal BM morning & mid day & with far less straining than before I began taking BioComplete 3. I was looking for a Probiotic when I saw Bio Complete 3 being advertised and I was a bit hesitate to actually believe the reviews. They were all really good. I bought 1 bottle to try out.
