I booked a room for a date and had a unexpected trip out of country and I couldn't make it for the date it was booked and they did not want to change the date to a different date or refund the money so they said it's your lost so that is not right people should be able to change date at list to not loose their money because money doesn't grow on trees.
I stayed at your hotel from October 18th to October 22nd. I sent an email several times and it came back
The inquiry is that I have not yet received payment for the hotel fee.
I paid an additional $100 at check-in and was told it would be settled a week later, but I only received a receipt.
One additional question is whether it is right to pay the resort fee even though I did not use the resort.

I booked three days at Larkspur Landing in Sacramento for - it added 195.96 in fees which I did not question for a total of 550.41. When I received the receipt from Larkspur it read 405.00. It turns out I mistakenly went thru this booking agent which came up on Bing first when I punched in Larkspur Landing and had a deceiving site name such as LarkspurLanding\Guestreservations.com making me think I was on the Larkspur site. They also went by hotelvalues.com on the email they sent me. Do NOT go thru this broker! Search further to make sure you are on the hotel site! PS-I've gone through Expedia before and never have had a problem like this. Make sure you place your order with a reputable broker if you plan to use one. I tried to add receipt but this site does not accept pdfs.

My confirmation email from this company said I would be charged CA648.07 to stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Toronto. Another email I received said I would be charged in Canadian dollars. However, if you scroll to the bottom of the fine print, they charge you the US exchange rate so I was charged over $880.00 Canadian dollars for one night…and I still had to pay more for parking.

"Refund Policy: Risk-free booking!" - A LIE!
We booked and canceled 6 minutes after, and did not get a refund. After calling customer service, they stated that they cannot give us a refund because in the fine print, even though it stated that the refund policy is risk-free and fully refundable, in another section of the fine print it ALSO stated that it is NONrefundable. We asked for at least a credit to stay on another day, and they also said no to that. Horrible scam company, wouldn't wish anyone to have our experience. Goodbye $420 for nothing.

Our first full day, we resort hopped and saw about seven different resorts and we were more appreciative of our hotel. We loved the luscious greenery everywhere! Our hotel was only two stories and not some tall high rise. The grounds were so spread out with multiple pools accessible. The rooms were a bit small, we didn't spend much time in them, due to the theme parks. Food was a solid B for the price and the fine dining was excellent! Loved the boat rides to disney springs. We would definitely return to this resort! This was our first family trip to Florida Disney Resort and certainly not the last.

The security at this hotel robbed me. I woke up at 8 and went across the street to get a red bull and they would not let me back in claiming this was not my hotel. Well turns our my debit card records show that it was definitely my hotel. They called the cops and I had to bribe them with the $300 in my wallet. There was 1$7k in my back pack that was in my room along with all my clothe, passport, and phone. I never got my stuff back. This was the worst experience you could ever imagine. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Most online services include taxes and service fees in the price quoted. Unfortunately, this one does not, right up until you click "confirm". What a crock. Very unimpressed. We could have gotten the exact same room on another service for about $50 less.

This company spoofs hotel websites. I needed to change a hotel reservation four days out and they would not permit me to do so. I could cancel and then lose my money. I could not change the reservation. I called the hotel directly, and the hotel was fine with me changing it, but they couldn't do it because it's a third party website (that apparently uses even further third parties to make the reservations). I have so far spoken with three people who have given me three different answers, the policy on the website says one thing, and the email confirmation says something else. They're claiming they cannot change the reservation.
I am furious. This company is predatory. This company steals money from individuals. This company is a scam.

We booked The Sandwich Inn and Suites, Sandwich Ma thru Guest Reservations/Priceline in September 2023 for June 21-23 2024. We paid in full at time of booking $680.25 We arrived at The Sandwich Inn and Suites on June 21, we were told that our reservation was canceled. We NEVER received a cancelation notice and Sandwich Inn blamed it on Guest Reservations/Priceline. The manager at Sandwich Inn refused to show us or print for us the cancelation notice, she was extremely rude. We left with no where else to stay, our weekend was ruined. We contacted Guest Reservations/Priceline who said they never canceled us, they reached out to Sandwich Inn. The Sandwich Inn refused to cooperate. Guest Reservations told us they could not refund our money because the cancelation happened on the last day WE NEVER CANCELED! We asked to see copies of the cancelation notice from Sandwich Inn to Guest Reservations and from Guest Reservations to us. We never received them because they do not exist. We are reporting fraud. I would never book anything thru Guest Reservations/Priceline or The Sandwich Inn and Suites Absolutely horrible experience! I am not good on computer so unable to upload the reservation but I hope this still gets sent thru

I read the reviews before we make reservations and I'm sorry I desagree with them. The room was dirty, trash in the trash cans were not emptied. I found the " best value" price for a hotel at $118, so I booked the room. Once confirmed, the price shot up to $180! At no point before I was charged and nowhere on their site does it say that you will be charged such extreme service fees nor does it tell you that the room is non-refundable. I'm not sure why this site is getting decent reviews. What an incredible rip-off. I'm disgusted. I called and they offered me 10% off and ended up giving me 15% but still, way way more than I expected to pay. So misleading please do not use this site.

Guest reservations. Com is a scam site. They advertise one price, but once they get your credit card. They charge more than half again more for the room. In my case they advertised $107 & I was charged over $171.
Stay far far away from this site. It pulled a complete bait and switch where it made it look like the price was $634 for three nights. Oh no. That was the per night price plus over $900 in fees. The total price came to nearly $3000. And the best part—they show you the final price or give you the fine print until after you click "confirm." Turns out it's non-refundable even if you call one minute later. And forget customer service. They leave you on hold, hang up on you, claim a supervisor will call you back (they don't). Run. Run run away.

Website is an easy read and booking prices are inline with the actual hotel I was booking. Then I noticed the additional changes added where 50%+. Tried contacting them 1st through the website number then through the payment number 1st had no knowledge of a booking second automated number that you get nowhere with as you need a bookings number. This I haven't received as no notification was sent in the 1st case. Called the hotel to confirm booking they've sent me confirmation with the actual cost of the room 100$ less and apart from my name all details changed. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had to change my reservations, they wouldnt do it for me. 3 weeks before I was to arrive I called them to say I needed one day less and different days. I had booked two sets of rooms with this company. They would not give me a refund. No where on their site does it say NON REFUNDABLE. DONT USE THEM
I stayed 3 nights and everything seemed fine. I noticed after my first night I had a bug bite but I just thought it was a mosquito bite. On my last day I noticed more bites. When I got home I started to itch a lot and realized I had numerous bites on my body and legs. I read that BED BUG BITES don't necessarily itch right away and that's why I didn't realize it before I left. These are definitely BED BUG BITES! I contacted the hotel and ask for a refund since I now have to take measures to make sure I didn't bring them home with me.The hotel refused saying I could have complained and checked out early. I now feel stressed and worried about an infestation. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained and it makes me wonder it they know they have BED BUGS! I thought I was on the Hotel Web site and was making a reservation that was just holding the room, but was instantly charged the full price of the room. When I cancelled the reservation it turned out to be non-refundable. I had a terrible time getting ahold of a person in Customer Service (they would not give me a direct number to call, only transferred my call.
