I placed my first order on the canadian guess factory website & received my order 3 days later! I picked the cheapest shipping option which was 5-7 business days so receiving my item in 3 business days was awesome. My bag is perfect & exactly what I ordered. I plan to order more in the future & Hope everything goes as well as my first time. The other reviews had me really worried to order but I'm glad I gave it a go.
Well first of let me say I spend a lot of money with guess In general but guess factory is the worst I went online to order a product I wait 7 day they cancel it a couple days ago they put the same item that got canceled back online so I'm thinking it's in stock nope I wait another 7 days gets canceled again I will never ever order from them anymore and also they have an app so you can earn daily rewards don't believe that $#*! because if you get anything higher then 1 point they won't add it to your account they are thieves save your money every branch of guess is good but guess factory sucks
Purchasing online from guess factory proved to be the worst experience I have ever had. After returning two of the five items to them because of size issues and doing this directly in store, I still have not seen the refund on my credit card. After repeated calls and emails not returned, plus a visit to the store who had no better luck with there own head office, I have had to file a dispute claim with the credit card company to reverse the charges. Never again will I buy another Guess product.
I was able to cancel my order at Guess Factory. I cancelled my order because of the terrible reviews on this site. I didn't want to risk getting ill products. The one catch is you have to email or call to cancel your order before you receive an email confirmation saying your order was received by Guess. I had to aggressively call and ask them to refund my money. But they were helpful because I asked for my cancellation before the confirmation email was sent to me. The trick. Thank you Guess Factory for refunding me and thank God for being there for me!
They sent me a kids sweater riddled with holes, I decided to keep the sweater & sew it up since returning would be a headache. I called to have at least a few dollars of my money refunded & they refused. Will not be spending anymore money with these people.
They made a mistake in my refund, they don't respond neither on the phone or the email. It's been two weeks, 5 emails, 5 phones call. I can't handle it, I'm in the Customer Service since 10 years and I can't imagine let my people in no where like they do. DAMN, at the price they sell their freaking things, help us when we have a question - especially if they do the mistake!

Customers invest time sat in front the computers placing orders from their website. As a result, they take to long to respond if those items are available or not even in their website shows are available. They are doing false advertisement I placed an order 15 days ago and I called them today. Finally, after 59 min in hold Guess's people told me the rest of my order is out of the stock. So, their never sent me any email confirming this.
This company is an unprofessional, unreliable, their CSR and logistic are unaccurate. This company takes to long to review orders and after many days their said the pending items are "out of the stock". Then, I asked to their cust. Serv. Rep to give me any coupon or discount for the inconvenience, she disconected the call, that's so convenience for them!. I suggest to GUESS doesn't assume because their have a known name will be enough. This company needs to hire professionals with experience in Supply Chain because their ERP is awful.
L ordered a backpack to be shipped to the store at Train yards, Ottawa and I never got a confirmation concerning the order. So I called customer service his name is Jose and all he was concerned about was selling more guess stuff to me which i found very shady and disgusting! After which i called him back to reality to tell him that $77 dollars had been charged off my card and that i had gotten no information about the order. So he refers me to the store here in Ottawa and the lady there (Susan) who is probably the head of the store at Train yards, Ottawa told me no orders EVER come to her store. WOW! And they wont GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
A older woman in the costumer service department was just disrespectful. She was giving everyone attitude. One simple question would make her answer sarcastically.
Placed large order online. Got email one item no longer available. Ok... once I received my package there was another missing item. I was of course charged for. Contacted customer service to find out the item is out of stock. Ok. So why wasn't my money refunded to my account? Was told by customer service even though I didn't receive the OUT OF STOCK product I would have to wait 20 days for an investigation on the product and they will decide if I get my money back! Then I was told I could go on the website and pick out something else instead that I would have to pay for and they could give me25% off. Ummm no thanks. I love guess but I guess I will have to find another store
The same thing is also happening to me with the reviewer below (Paulina), except they dont know where my wallets went. My package arrived thats supposed to contain 3 wallets but inside is a pair of pants that belongs to someone elses order(obviously warehouses fault). I returned the wrong item to Guess and Im still trying to get my refund till now, and its been more than a month since I ordered. If only I could give them a 0 star rating for the horrible first experience. Never buying from them online again!
They send the package to the wrong address ( not my mistake) and promised I will get a refund as soon as they receive a package back. After couple days I called them again and they said that there is nothink they can do and basically they stole my money. Never received either package or refund. Dob't buy from them!
I like it- Always have good sales- I always go there when I am down there. I recommend checking the store out.
Bought from GUESS factory a few times and haven't encountered any problems. I was informed of out of stock items within a week, and the size charts/sizing are generally very reliable. I liked the occasional unconditional free shipping promotions! The most affordable shipping method is quite fast.
Enjoy getting great clothes at discount prices. Just made a order and i love knowing i can always return at outlet store if it doesn't fit
I had a bad experience with a bracelet that i ordered online which it came damaged. I was planning to give the bracelet as a gift on the day that was delivered, but guess what: it came broken. I had to spent a lot of time running to buy another gift and was late for the birthday party.The customer service replied after 3 days. Very unpleasant experience!
Update: After i shared my experience with the guess factory customer service they refund me for the broken bracelet.
I have been shopping with guess since 2013, having a family of 5 I buy alot. Yesterday they closed our loyalty card without any word... one day it works and the next the salesperson is telling us there is no card associated with our account. No idea why besides we were on holidays and went into a guess that we don't normally shop at. They have been so painful to deal with but we kept going back as we really liked their range. But now we've had enough. Their service is the worst we have ever encountered. From being ignored in store, rude service, constantly having items cancelled when shopping online to now them simply closing our account. Guess we were once loyal customers very disappointed by how you treat your customers. Taking our business elsewhere - save yourself a headache and don't bother your loyalty means nothing to them.
So im or was a loyal customers would always order online specially when they had sales. I just ordered an order i had a coupon for 40% off 1 item and i had $15 reward for being a VIP. I ordered a pair of pants and got them for a real good deal. But guess what they send me an email saying they where out of the item. I called customer service they said they didn't know why my order got canceled if they had plenty of the item i wanted. They re order it and got another email saying my order got cancelled again. Irritated i called customer service she said that maybe the warehouse had wrong stocking number. So she apologize and return my reward points because i asked them too not because she offered. My friend later on ordered the same item size without a coupon and guess what her order didn't get cancelled it got shipped. What does that say that they hate when you get items for a good price! This is why I am no longer going to order from them i have spent so much money and for them to only decide thar the highest paying customer gets the item. Never again Guess!
