Ordered a dress for 12.00$ it came so I ordered tank tops for 34.99$ Never received them they said they delivered them to me to contact UPS... So I will never shop there agin... No tank tops and no money. I'm deleting the app on my phone
I bought an item on Groupon on Dec. 2nd, checked status for delivery and saw that it still had not shipped. So I sent email inquiring about when item might ship. Today I get an email from them telling me they cancelled my order... I didn't ask them to cancel my order. I called CS@ Groupon and was told they did me a favor my cancelling my order. If I still want the item I can re-purchase... guess what item in color I wanted is no longer available... seriously. Customer Service and including a supervisor provided no assistance in resolving the matter and just kept telling me they were sorry. UNACCEPTABLE!

I have had good experiences with Groupon until now. I was looking at tickets for an event (just looking). I was not ready to buy yet. I hit one button, and $150 later, I tried to stop the order, and was told that the sale was final, and I could "give it away" to someone if I couldn't use it. REALLY? I asked the girl if she had $150 to just throw away. Yes, we want to go to the event, but I was not ready to buy it yet, and I didn't want it to go on that credit card. Really let down, and don't know if I will use them again. Too bad, because like I said, I have had good experiences in the past. Another reason I hate to buy things online. :(
I got 2 Groupon virtual gift cards for my birthday and they won't register on Groupon even though I received the gidt cards via email from Groupon and they are basically like oh well. They are a scam and my friend who sent this to me is out $50

If you plan to buy things on Groupon. Be cautious of the price drop! They will not give you the difference of the sale even if has not been shipped yet. They only give you 3 days... Keep an eye on your account.
Description does NOT match the actual deal. I purchased an office evaluation for 10.00 at Bee Healthy Weight loss clinic. It said nothing about this being for shots only. Went to my appointment and when it came time to checkout i was told the groupon did NOT cover office visit at ALL and they didnt know why groupon hasnt corrected it "yet". I have no interest in the shots so i pretty much paid 10.00 to go to an office visit and pay 80.00 dollars
This was my first and last time buying through Groupon. I ordered a sweater and got the wrong item, color, and size. I am not elegiable to receive my money back for some odd reason. I am 100% dissatisfied and I DO NOT recommend doing business with them.

I really wanted this top and Groupon sent me a totally different shirt. Did a live chat with them online and all they did was email me a return address label for the wrong top. I asked if they would be sending the shirt I ordered and they told me I'd have to order it again if I wanted it. Very poor customer service. They should have sent me the correct shirt as soon as I told them about it. Very rude.
I purchased a product from groupon and waited 10 days to receive it only to find out that the package was emptied then I ordered a second time a waited another 10 days and the same thing happened nothing was delivered they don't want to give me my money back so I'm forced to buy from them worst company to buy from.
I had purchased several groupons without any problem besides month long shipping times. Since I trusted the site, I decided to buy a more expensive groupon, (Lasik surgery) I've always wanted lasik, and since I could get it for a few hundred $$ off, I figured now would be a good time. Unfortunately my card was declined, even though I had plenty of money in my account. I called my bank and to check for issues, and then called groupon after updating my payment information.
Unfortunately Groupon said there is absolutely nothing they could do to help. Apparently the groupon had expired, even though I had it under "my groupons". Whenever I clicked to update the payment, I would go to the home page. I wasn't offered any help at all. I will never purchase from groupon again.
I feel like I've been dooped. Spent over $2,000.00 for a FAKE Saint Laurent handbag. Anyone with any sense can take one look at the bag and be rest assured it's a fake. If I would've known, I wouldn't have spent my money here. Also, the bag I received looked nothing, I mean nothing like the picture of the bag I thought I was purchasing. I'm sick to my stomach. And the item is of course non returnable. I can not believe I spent my hard earned money on a fake that expensive... just beside myself.
I was trying to buy a canvas for a pic and it ended up stating apparently in fine print no refunds and it was $200 for the canvas the the amount stated, was apparently money off the canvas and very falsely advertised... manager said no refunds and didn't care about how it was worded at all and would not refund even though it was same day
Purchased tickets for a show that was not scheduled at the venue. Asked Groupon for a refund the day after, which they still have not provided. Will never use their services ever again. I know there were other people at the venue they did the same thing to; and I'm sure they did the same thing to them. FRAUD for sure!

I have ordered a pair of sandals from Ideeli.com on May 1st, 2011 -- It is not June 9,2011 & I still have not received my sandals. I contacted their customer service through that chat, the 1st person I spoke to just kept replying "i'm sorry, i understand your concerns" to my question when am I going to receive my order?
Their policy is, you may return an item within 14 days from the day it shipped. Well... I placed my order on May 1, it was never actually shipped until May 11th, & has been sitting in California since May 18th (& is still there to this day).
I don't want a credit. I just want my money back. What makes them think I want a credit & go through this hassle again? I dont. It's ridiculous.
I don't care that I live in Hawaii. Any other place you order something online, it does not take over a month to receive!

You have to read every small detail in the coupon like if you are a lawyer! What is this, a different kind of a fraud?
I paid for this but i cannot get benefit from the promotion, i cannot get my money back either.
The problem is that it is not redeemed. How can you know that it can expire BEFORE the date of the event? It is crazy.
I will not recommend Groupon to anyone, for sure!

Doesnt deserve even 1 star. I ordered an item through mobile app, didnt ask me to add shipping address, i change my billing address, that was possible, but because their app doesnt work properly, the item will be send the previous address. I was not able to change or do anything with after just a few hours of purchasing it. The customer service sucks! They told me to go to my previous address(different state) and try to get the item. They were not able to refund me my money. Never ever
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
