I have bought Nails for my Wife and even an Ipad Keyboard. Always great deals and comes into my email box.
I have two different orders that I am having problems with. The first order is showing "pending authorization". I even received an email from ideal saying the funding for not authorized and if not corrected within 48 hours, ideal would cancel the order. I contacted Paypal and they said everything was fine on their end and that the vendor had not captured the funds. My second order (also paid with Paypal) had the funding go through just fine, shows tracking # for FedX but FedX has never received the package.
I have emailed Ideel several times (each time told they would contact me within 24 hours) and nothing. I was in que for live chat for over 45 minutes only to have it cancel out. Every day since I have tried to live chat only to find the availability for that day changed to 8:59am to 9:00am and live chat not available.
It is bad enough that I am out quite a bit of money but these were Christmas presents for family and friends. Must say there is a new Scrooge in town and his name is Ideel.
I have used groupon on multiple occasions and usually have quick delivery on my items. However this is the second year in a row the I have had bad service during the holiday season. I placed an order on 11/20/15 which was supposed to ship within 3 days. It has been sitting at the prepared for shipment status ever since. I have sent e-mails with no response despite the promise to respond within 48h. I used the chat service which was supremely unhelpful. They told me that someone would get back to me when they figured it out. I am still waiting. I just want to cancel my order because now that even more people are ordering items for christmas my purchase will never get here. Very frustrating promise. Do yourself a favor and do not order during the holidays.
This morning at 9am CST I checked my credit card account. It showed an ~$1147 charge from Ideeli! & then another ~$764 charge! I tried to log into my Ideeli account - no luck - I'm locked out! My credit card company cannot help because the charges are still shown as 'pending'. I sent Ideeli a message at 9am & got an email back saying they normally respond within 4 hours. As of 14 hours later - NOTHING! I could potentially have $2,000 in fraudulent charges & they don't seem to care!
I have yet to receive a response regarding an order that I need to return and they now have new live chat hours:

Something is going on with their ability to keep up and process requests and I would recommend not making any further purchases from this company.
I placed an order on May 15th for a simple workout pants and jumper. The order was never shipped because they said they had an issue with inventory, so they gave me a $10 credit to my account. I figured this was just a once in a blue moon mishap. So I decided to order something from their site again on Nov. 20. They said the item would be delivered no later than Dec. 2nd. Here I am writing today and the order is still pending. DO NOT believe their crap about them not being able to ship because of them being a flash sale site. I just placed orders from both MyHabit and Gilt last week, and both orders were shipped out the following day. They also have the same amazing sales. Gilt had 40% of their entire site for Cyber Monday. This is the first time I am ever writing a review on anything. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this review because of how strongly I feel about the situation. Please save yourself the hassle and never order from this website. I have never had issues with ordering online except for now. Also, I have tried emailing them multiple times and messaging them on facebook and am still waiting on a reply. JUST DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I still did not receive any response! I have sent 10 emails to customer support for an item which has yet to be delivered I've tried on line "Live Chat", no response. I think my item got lost somewhere and I just need an update.

I have had no problems with Groupon customer service. I have always gotten a refund or credit when I needed it. I gotten several things I LOVE! They do need to get a better vendor for their email customer service and good chat line support. The email seems to be people from another country who don't do good customer service or don't understand what you are saying.
I have ordered many items from groupon, before now I has been satisfied but hid time the dinkleboo blanket they are offering for 16.99 plus shipping, not only is the dinkleboo ordering system crappy, but after 2 evenings of uploading photos, I have checked to see if item had shipped and it says "failed to render", what does that even mean and why did the company not contact me to let me now the order I had paid for had an issue as they had no issue taking the money!, Its impossible to get a person on the phone at groupon. So not only did I waste my time and effort placing the order designing the photo blanket but now I get to chase to get my money back. Also while ordering there was a glitch and I ended up with 5 orders for the voucher for the blankets and now, I have ordered a total of 4 of these and only 1 is on its way, not good odds 1 out of 4!
I ordered an item from Groupon and never recieved it. The tracking number said it was delivered to my house but it never came. When I e-mailed Groupon, they more less said they could not help me and to contact Fedex. That also was a big waste of my time. Groupon took out the money for the item the VERY day I ordered it but they are not willing to help you solve any issues. Who knows if I will ever even get my money back. They haven't responded to my request to refund my money. NEVER WILL I USE GROUPON AGAIN!
Through Groupon, we purchased a package of two nights at the Adams Mark Hotel in Kansas City, MO that included 4 passes to their attached water park and $25 arcade credit each day. When we arrived, the hotel told us that Groupon only authorized our 2 night stay and did not authorize the 4 daily water park passes and $25 daily arcade play. We arrived on Thanksgiving night during an ice storm and the hotel did not have a supervisor to talk to, but they said 3 other families had checked in with the same problem, so we figured we would check it out in the morning. I immediately contacted Groupon. They were initially nice, but said we did not purchase the correct package. I then provided them proof from their own website that showed Groupon's claims were incorrect. After this, they refused to respond to us any longer. Our first room at the Adams Mark Hotel had numerous problems. The shower/tub in the bathroom looked like a bigfoot had vomited in it. We also found hair ties on the counters with others hair in them. We were given another room, but it lacked some furniture and wall art. Although it was a "non-smoking" room, it smelled like a cigar bar when we turned on the heat. The TV lacked many advertised channels. Others had such poor reception that they were not worth watching. On our second day, the hotel was without any electricity or heat for at least 4 hours. It was an awful experience over the Thanksgiving holiday. Groupon was no help whatsoever. They don't care and don't deliver on even the most basic level.
Groupon has really good deals in the local area. I have used this site several times without any problems. Once I signed up for maid service and the provider was not able to do the work so Groupon gave me a refund quickly. I just have to remember to keep looking for deals on Groupon!
Great deasl in my area. Cheap way to discover new restaurants and services. I have bought about 7 Groupons and always worked fine for me.

Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.

They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
