I used to love getting your snacks. But your choices lately have left me very disappointed! I think you should give us the opportunity to pick what we like. At this point, without that opportunity, I am not interested in your products anymore!
I thought I would just get the free trial box and immediately cancel, how wrong I was! I look forward to my monthly treat in the mail so much now! The only down side I find is that when I like something, I want it to influence the types of snacks I get, not to have it mail that specific snack again. For instance i "love" certain snacks, but I like sampling the variety so I never want to rate them as "love" because I know it will take away the chance to try something new. Having pre-measured portions is a great way to have a snack treat in the day without totally undoing a healthy diet; I do wish there were more low sugar options though.
I really like Graze. The options are great. I love that it is portion controlled and easy when I am at work

I love when my graze box comes. I get the 8 pack bi-weekly. I love the ease of having the perfect sized snacks come in the mail. The only feature I wish they'd add is letting me customize the 8-pack that comes to me. I would at least like to pick the categories that are going to come to me in my auto-box. Other than that, I've enjoyed all my boxes.
Wonderful and flavorful and healthy choices. I like that thier is so many to choice from and so good for you. The packages are portable and easly put into a bag to go
Graze has been a great way to try many different snacks without the expense and commitment of a large quantity. Note to new users... even if you think the snack couldn't possibly match the ingredients--TRY IT! For example, the deconstructed carrot cake is awesome but when you see the little box it seems like there is no way that will taste like cake... it does! I also appreciate the ease with which you can snooze your box if you are getting behind eating your snacks... very customizable plan!
I started with the snack box, and quickly moved up to the sharing box. I loved the snacks but they were too small, I needed a bigger bag! I love it!

Can I say I have never gotten a box of snacks I didn't like! There is something for everyone in my household. I absolutely love love love love love getting my boxes every month.
I love graze's portion sized snacks and sharing sizes too. I think the snacks are unique, tasty, and healthy. I love getting snacks in the mail that aren't things I can find in my local grocery stores, and they are always just the right size for an afternoon snack at work.
I especially love the flapjack bars. The snacks are tasty, always fresh when they arrive, and reasonably priced.
I have truly enjoyed my graze boxes. I enjoy the variety I get with every box.

Thank you for your WONDERFUL customer service, you have been more than generous when I had a problem. I will continue to be a customer because you have so many options to choose from and I have loved 98% of the ones I have tried. I have a suggestion for the Cheese Board, I LOVE the combination of flavors but there is hardly any of the Cheddar Bruschetta or Baked Herb bites (I could eat a whole bag of these!) Maybe if you made both of these smaller you could add more to each pkg? They are both so good it's sad not to have more :). Thanks again for everything!

Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
