Was quick and easy, and while I appreciate all the additional offerings, it got to be a bit too much. But the booking, etc, was great.
They offered a full refund and after charged me £30 for handling the refund! Horrible company! Please don't use it.it's a scam!

I bought an airline ticket Salvador - Maputo Order number: LP03ZE on 07/05/2022 (e-Ticket number(s): **************/69 Book. No. UIWBVD Check-in Ref. 3ATIQD(DT), MRYLOE(G3), SMAKVS (LA) Name: Silvia Barbosa) and the company on 07/09/2022 canceled the order due to suspicion of fraud and since then I have been waiting for the refund of the amount paid, I hope they adopt the same agility they had to cancel my ticket without even contacting me. My flight was canceled due to Covid, so I asked them to change it. Turkish Airlines told it won't cost money since it was a mistake from their side, but since I bought the ticket from GoToGate I had to pay them to manage this for me.
I've spent hours talking with them and explaining simple stuff, paying huge bills for international calls since there is no other option to contact them besides calling to their office in London. Each time they made mistakes, sent random information mixed with contact info of other people, and in the end, after all this, they still didn't solve the problem.
People that work there can't manage even very simple issues. Really poor customer service. Feels like they hire people with very limited abilities of understanding and managing very simple tasks.
I would strongly advise others against using this agent - I wish I had used a more reputable agent and would not waste my nerves, money, and time!

I purchased a ticket from Gotogate via Booking.com. The flight was an internal flight in Argentina w Aerolinas airlines. Aerolinas changed the flight times of both the flight going to my destination and returning-at least that is what "Go to gate" said on email. In addition, the destination airport on return was changed to an hour away.
The flight numbers also changed which means that my original flight was actually CANCELLED and I was involuntarily re-booked without my consent by gotogate.
According to Aerolinas website when they cancel a flight I should get a FULL refund if requested which I did to GOTOGATE immediately.
Gotogate refuses to give me a refund. The new earlier flight time is leaving when I am on a ship in the middle of the Arctic sea so it is impossible to make but that means nothing to them as they only care about money.
Gotogate also tries to get you to "voluntarily cancel" the flight because this way they can keep most of your money. If you do not voluntarily cancel and fight for your refund they owe you more money which of course they do not want to give.
The company sends you emails using the word "refund" when they mean "partial refund. " They also insist you do everything on the phone so there is no record-I try to do things on email myself as I think it safer.
They are a dishonest company-their workers misuse the English language to trick you and even if the airline refunds your flight ticket in full gotogate will keep your money.
I have exchanged over 40 emails w them to no avail and called about 5 times. They will use every technique in the book to get you to drop asking for your entitled refund from long hold waits, to not responding, to lying and saying the company denied your refund.
They also send you in circles telling you to contact the airline-which is their job. The airline will then tell you to contact them.
Stay away.

Purchase price was more tna $800 for than what was quoted when searched in google flights. This is misleading!

My flight was on 18/04, i called their customer service guys on 17/04 to change my date, since I paid extra to book flexible ticket,, after talking over phone and letting me hold for 1hr 30mins someone said my flight has been changed to 25/04 and I will get confirmation within 24hrs,, then I haven't got any email from them and then I called again on 18/04, someone said the same thing that the manger will give a call and lookafter it and will book for me, and I will receive the tickets in 24hrs, still I haven't received any tickets yet and I called them on 19/04 and 20/04 as well and one of the customer service guy said the same thing. I haven't got any call or email from these people,, they are just stealing money from people in the name of booking tickets, I booked the felixible ticket to have the peace of mind, but these people literally harassed me and ruined my whole holiday,, Big NOOOOOOOOO to book tickets from here, Worst experience ever!
