I search in KAYAK website and after that they transfer me to GOTOGATE because i choosed the price of 4776$ CAD, When i start to fill out the info it change automaticly to EURO and when i booked i was CHARGED for 4909$. So i wanted to Cancel with in 30 mn after booking. They charged me 470$ cancellation fee in euro is 319 EURO WHAT A SCAM NO ONE ANSWER. ITS SCAMMMMM

I booked through Gotogate for May 2020, Pacific Coastal cancelled my flight due to Covid and told me I would have 36 months to rebook. When I went to rebook, they informed me that Gotogate had received my refund and that I would have to rebook through them. March 24 th I contacted them to rebook. After numerous calls and hours of being on hold, they finally rebooked my ticket on August 17 th. They sent me the details and told me to check it and get back to them. The time they booked does not give me enough time to make my connections, so I called them first thing in the morning to have it changed. They informed at first that the airline did not have earlier flights available. I had checked and there were lots of availability earlier that day, they then transferred me to someone else and was informed that they would not be able to change that flight because the 24 hr change time was up at 4:00 am my time. I again checked with the airline and they claimed that the 24 hrs was up at 13:34 our time. Once again called back to Gotogate and this time asked to speak to a supervisor, I was informed that it was the middle of the night there and supervisors do not work night shifts. Again I was told that I could not change the time of this flight and it is also not refundable. I was tricked into booking through them to start with as I had googled Pacific Coastal and the first websight had Pacific Coastal in capital letters and leads you to believe that is who you are booking with. A hard lesson well learned. Don't make the same mistake.

I buy 2 tickets for about $130. GOTO says one has 24 hours to make changes. To play safe I buy more time. Within the 24 hour period, I find I booked the wrong date. What these Pirates do not disclose is that they charge more than the original price of the ticket to change it. People who think everyone else is stupid are really stupid. So, I tell them I will not be ripped off and either change the flights as promised or cancel and refund. They then stonewall, obfuscate, lie anything to steal from me. Finally, they say they will only charge $120 to change one ticket. I have asked for that ticket change, for the one ticket, innumerable times with no result. Can not get a physical address; they are tied in with a large Swedish company. Surely, these people should not be permitted to rip off the citizens of Az. My preference is being refunded the whole amount and rebuying from a semi-honest outfit. I will settle for them issuing the 2 tickets at the time requested or the one ticket they have agreed to change. In the latter case, I am confident I will get my money back eventually. Again, please get these people out of Az.

Horrible customer service, they booked the wrong flight on the wrong day and to the wrong state, then gave me a run around on my refund. I had to spend more money out of my pocket for another flight. Was told 7-10 days I would have refund followed up on 13th day customer rep then says 2-4wks. Then I asked to speak with supervisor to voice my frustration and concerned and I am told he could not connect me that i have to go to the site and send a email. Horrible customer service at this point im sure i was just scammed. Do NOT USE GOTOGATE! PLUS THEY ARENT EVEN IN THE STATES

Last Friday, I reserved a flight for me and my husband on GoToGate (suggested by your site) and received by email the confirmation with the reference nr. PQYTHY and the amount of 1602, 99 was taken out of my bank account. Some hours later, I received an email from them informing that due to "technical reasons" my reserve was cancelled and that I would be reimbursed immediately. Three days after, I have not yet the money on my account. I have already informed the bank that this was a scam and that they should sue GoToGate for fraud. This is the third message I'msending without any answer from them. Therefore, I give them 6 hours to reimburse me otherwise I will complain of this scam to the police and I am going to divulge in all possible sites the type of company GoToGate is and that it was suggested by Skyscanner. You have to be responsible for the sites you suggest and if they cheat the clients you should not recommend them otherwise you will also be part of their scam.
