I tried getting my prescription at 4 different pharmacies, Walmart was the worst. I dont have prescription coverage on my very expensive health insurance. I was going to have to pay otta pocket for 2 medications $400 a month, thank goodness my ex-wife introduced me to GoodRX she helped me look both prescriptions up on the website get the coupon finally called Walgreens OMG! I got both prescriptions for under $100 dollars and it was true gave the Walgreen pharmacist over the phone the 4 diffrent number member ID# Group# Bin# PCN# it all checked out, i picked up my prescription, I told the pharmacist how much i saved his eyes got huge and said WOW thats awsome so im so Blessed for GoodRX, I hope there in business forever... saving over $3,600 a year #1HAPPYCAMPER

No one accepts their coupons... Walmart regular price with no discount card or insurance is $10.00 Cheaper then the GoodRx coupon

Not Much Savings

Today had my flu shot an injection at my neighborhood Walgreens. Saved only $3.73. Paid $37.26. Retail price $40.99. Exaggerated savings.

I printed a prescription coupon for entecavir on 1/20 to use at CVS. The prescription was sent to CVS the next day. It took 2 weeks to get information about why the prescription wasn't there. It was because it's considered a specialty drug. The coupon was for 28.76. However, according to CVS they don't accept ANY GoodRX coupons for specialty drugs. (Also, the coupon price had risen from 28.76 to 350.00 by 2/7.). I asked Good RX about the issue of using their coupons at CVS and they said that even though it was specialty, you could still use it. But you can't. Be aware that according to CVS Speciality, NO GoodRX coupons are usable. The GoodRX people tried to tell me that you could use the "new" coupon at 350.00 but that was incorrect as well as they accept them at all at CVS. When I asked how they could allow a speciality drug coupon to even be printed (I put in the CVS address so it was "valid" for that CVS) when in fact it's unusable, they had no answer. There's no disclaimer on the coupon about issues with specialty drugs. They said, "well on the website it says that you may have to go to a specialty pharmacy for a specialty drug" I said "I did, the CVS Specialty Pharmacy (not just the regular ones in store and they DO NOT accept your coupons". Just be aware that while the concept of Good RX sounds great, they aren't as organized or accepted as you might think. Be wary.

Unauthorized charge

Bait and switch

GoodRx listed Xarelto at $477 for 30 15 Mg pills at Walmart. Drove an hour and the cost was $540 with GoodRx coupon. Never again! They suck!

Coronavirus. People are encouraged to stay away from doctors offices, for obvious reasons. I've been on birth control pills for five years, and I needed a new prescription- seems like paying $20 to get it done online would be a nice simple way to do my part in leaving the appointments open for actually sick people.
NOT WITH HEYDOCTOR. I pay my $20, and nobody actually helps me refill my prescription. Instead, they interrogate my blood pressure because I said it's usually 90-110/60-70. They said they needed proof of what my blood pressure is.
Why? Because I didn't lie and guestimate a number like everyone else does? If I had just randomly claimed it was 110/70 they never would have asked for proof. I have never in my life had blood pressure issues, and -again- have been on this prescription FOR FIVE YEARS. Surely, out of the twelve times I've been to the doctor and five times I've been to the hospital in that period of time someone would have told me if my blood pressure was a concern, or if I shouldn't have been on my prescription.
Honestly, whoever these people are, something is so far up their butts that this isn't exactly a "simple" alternative to going to the real doctor like it should be.

I want a refund.

I checked two pharmacy's for my medication with the Good RX Cupon. Rite Aid would not honor the Cupon, and Fred's did not have the medication. Wal-Mart would not honor their Cupon.

In December I applied for a gold membership per the recommendation of my vet in order to find discounted meds for my dogs. Right away the app didn't work, so I went on my laptop and even though my payment has been processed, it kept trying to get me to pay for another membership because the original one couldn't be found. I called tech-support and they could not help me figure it out. After much frustration, I called within two weeks for a refund on the gold membership and was told I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. I trusted that the transaction would be credited back to me.
It is now seven months later and I remembered that I never checked to see if I had been refunded. Turns out I never was so I called customer service and they had absolutely no record of me calling the first time about the refund. They said that because it was past the two week window for refunds they can't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to a supervisor in regards to paying $90 for a service that never worked. Of course there were no supervisors to be found so supposedly they put me on a supervisor list for a callback which never came.
This service is a scam and preys on people who actually need it. They have no regard for a customer base only to pocket $90 per person for a service that does not work. I've just looked up all of the negative reviews on this service (which I now wish I had done before I threw my money away), and I am so surprised they have not been shut down by the Better Business Bureau yet judging by all of the complaints.
Completely unethical & disgusting company. I would give them zero stars if I could.

GoodRx attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
