THE WORST GAMING COMPANY

IF i could give them a Ø I would! I have had a purchasing issue for 6 weeks now and they don't give a crap to resolve it! I can't believe companies are paying them to manage their games! They are the worst that I have ever experienced! Stay away and be WARNED! The Photo below shows how they are rejecting a card with plenty of money on it!

EMPIRE - Sept 21

In past (past 5 years) this was a fun game and a reasonable monthly budget allowed players to remain competitive. Unfortunately the recent massive offence bonuses that are being awarded to the mega spenders has made the game a waste of time and real money for the masses. Long time players are exiting the game at an alarming rate or putting their accounts into dormancy mode. My advice to GG is fix this immediately and get the word out you agree and are fixing the problem. A 254% courtyard attack bonus with 11 waves allowing 12,000 attack troops is blatantly unfair when a defending castle is in defence mode and castle wall bonuses are up and running causing double losses on purchased vet defence!
My advice To GG …address your customer service complaints on a timely basis :)

All i wanted was a free animation software, and now I cant go five $#*!ing minutes without this bull$#*! game coming up in a popup window. Thanks a $#*!ing lot. Shut down your studio forever, you do not deserve any profit you turn from taking advantage of other's mistakes. I thought I had downloaded a trustworthy application. Go $#*! yourself.

I have played this game for more than 2 years. There are so many bugs that the game has. A player can file a report but no changes in the game at all. Their support team absolutely does nothing. Every update comes with more bugs to add to the list of problems.

If I had the type of employees working for me that GGS employs in customer support they would be immediately walked out the door and receive bus fare with directions to the nearest welfare office so that they could start collecting their food stamps.

They are condescending and not helpful at all.

The 70 million might point folks (ruby whales as they are called) blast you daily even though you are under 5 million might points and spending money like mad to either a) open gates to prevent damage, b) go under the "bird" which takes 24 hours to come into effect and takes you out of the game or c) try to build defenses to contain the damage coming from 12,000 strong attacker hits.
GGE has failed to put some code of conduct to prevent those trying to play reasonably from being blasted into oblivion. This is a simple programming issue. Large might point players should be prohibited from hitting us "minnows" This is why me and my friends are quitting the game. The bullies and stalkers are alive and well on GGE and they justify their actions with nonsense phrases such as a) its a war game so too bad you are small and vulnerable and b) open your gates (which costs a lot to do every day). How can you grow with this constant bombardment GGE?

Good game moderatoren are biased unsportsmanlike people unfortunately given how unfairly they are being treated. A good friend went into battle with the robbery knights with 600 soldiers. Result 111 losses won the fight. But unfortunately he only came back with 50 soldiers, so he's not right. Also the exchange of gold to silver is not correct

The game is full of Ads, you have to pay to remove. In game rewards don't reflect players efforts or payments. The game rewards, and looks after big spenders. Game full of bugs, intimidation, threats, and risks to losing all if you don't play as others want.
Support doesn't enforce T&C, and game is full of multi accounts and pirate accounts, designed to dominate the server's, and other players. Support guilty of banning players without question, or proof of offence, and if you complain about others. Game is dying, on servers and the company just opens new alternative servers.
Terrible game and not one for any non adults due to some content in chat and messages, game wanst continuously feeding with cash and time, and can become addictive for all the wrong reasons.
LEAVE THIS GAME ALONE. A German game at its worst.

This company refuses to deal with problems that are of its own making - we now have sexual harrassment with abusive and threatening communication being accepted by GGS. There is inbalance of play, they do not back up their Terms of Service and ignore game bugs with a shrug-off response. Players seem to be able to make multiple accounts just to be able to drive other players out of the game - for fun. Makes it now quite an unpleasant game to be in. With upgrades over the past 2 years it has turned what at one time was a decent game into a moneymaking scam - if you want any decent rewards then either play 24/7, or pay. And the insults and abuse from unpleasant players is not controlled even when reported with proof by several players.

Laugh at free game
October 17, 2022

Game is set up to be free and enjoy building castle, then gradually you have to buy rubies to stay competive in the battles, kingdom league plays, unfair /disadvantageous of players. For instance new kingdom players are supposed to start at zero points and as soon as you start competing 3 *4 names will pop upin front of you with so high point advantage that you can't possibly win or even get close to ranking in the upper top, even if you play 24/7.
And always buying more rubies to have soldiers to compete, always challenges to upgrade castle, more ruby buying! Always having to buy "bread " to feed army, you guessed it buying only with rubies. If you have 100.00 a week to spend, great. And their forum is from 2013-2015 discussions, no answers to instructions of different aspects of game. Help support is nil to none except to send you to resourse info or forum that has no answers to your questions.

$8,000 wasted.

Goodgame empire is a game where you build an empire. For those of minimum knowledge of the game, you will think you can play strategically to win. It will give you a great advantage. However it took myself to build from start, $8,000 to dominate the rankings of the largest English server (top 3 without negatives). However that wasn't enough to stay there for long. It took a matter of myself being away from the game for 2 weeks to drop outside the top 10.

The game has been catered to players that spend money, so much that a player that does not spend money, but had a good skill ability is most likely the perfect candidate to be attacked. They have the ideal amount of defender to gain the most glory, but they don't hold the correct items to defend themselves. Ensuring without alliance support, they will be crushed.

To say the least, it's a horrible game. Spending $1000/month is not enough to keep you at the best possible place at all times. Even $2000/month wouldn't keep you there.

Scam

So, I made a account some time ago. When I wanted to log back in I simply couldn't. In fact I got banned... I was told to go to my email for more information, nothing that I found. I wrote an email to 'Goodgame' Empire, nothing ever heard of them. I put some money into the game yet it got me banned.
My conclusion is that the Goodgame empire devs need to go to prison because they are simply scamming you, also with the 'reductions' of the ruby's which makes you spend money, in return to get banned for no reason.

All recent updates are either buggy, useless or for buyers only nothing for the non buyers and when they do add an ok update it normally brings lag more bugs and no fun and if the customer support actually worked I'll think it would get 2 stars the customer support is so awful that I'm still waiting on problems a year from now haven't got a reply nothing also they tell you your lying for serious issues like losing troops, losing rubies ( premium currency) and losing your account accusing you of password sharing when you haven't and other outlandish claims. I can say one thing great social place for saying negative things about any update. I just wish the company listened to us and fixed all the problems I personal don't care about rubbish support if they is no need to contact them but with bad updates and the update notes are so vague you could assume anything.

The manager, Dennis, has destroyed this game. The company laid off 200 people and brought in an idiot manager who is trying to make this a war game. Bad decisions all around. Game is really bug filled and all problems are blamed on the players. Hard to keep coops going as people are leaving and not coming back. Play for free, but don't use any real money... they'll steal it. Horrible customer service.

I played this game for 29 months, and it just continued to get worse. Sometimes gold purchases steals your REAL money. This game will be toast soon, tons of players are leaving it. It is extremely buggy, and difficult to log in! The initial game concept was great until they introduced pay to play items that disqualified many players from advancing. I don't regret playing for so long, but I hope that a class action lawsuit for wire fraud pushes forward. Good game studios has failed over and over with attempts to make a decent game. The developers are inept and should be working at the DMV with the rest of the tards that "cant". After investing in entertainment and advancing they burst the bubble rendering your cash worthless. I would not recommend any game from this corrupt trash.

Shady practices

Goodgame Big Farm was fun for a while. I can live with some bugs and glitches. However, when they willingly bait-and-switched an Easter decoration I initiated a Paypal dispute and my account was immediately banned in retaliation. This is an unconscionable practice, and only led to me initiating full-blown claims (disputes give the seller a chance to resolve without actually demanding the refund) on all transactions, which I will win after what they did.

Terrible customer service, constantly bringing out updates that make it harder for players to enjoy the game/ makes players have to spend more on the game, definitely not an easily free to play game.

The game used to be good, and at a time I would have given this a 6 out of 5, but now it is just terrible, stay away!

BUG FARM

In the past i had really fun with this game ;) The game has really great graphics and animations but that's all. Now you can call it BUG FARM! Why? Because of many bugs after each update, the events are broken and they trying to fix it but they can't do it. (like hard worker event). Another thing yesterday they made a bug that selling something gived millions. Some players used this bug without knowing about this and they banned them. They said it''s players fault but next day after huge critic response from players they changed their mind and said it's their fault.
At the end i want say that the game goes in wrong direction and players are leaving and it's really sad what they done to this game.

Bad

I played good game empire with my brother over three years ago. However, I moved across America from the west coast to the east coast and wasn't able to log on for a few weeks and I logged back on and my account had been restarted. All my progress was gone. I don't know what happened, maybe I was attacked? I still don't understand why it restarted my account. The mission things or whatever they're called are impossible to complete. I tried several times and my account was deleted every time. Very bad games.
