How do you get a response from support? i went to change password and was sent email to do so. typed in new password,typed in a second time and submitted.screen said password successfully changed. went to login and get username or password wrong.haven't been able to login since.that was 8 days ago.got original rebo response they needed more info.sent.nothing.requested ticket status.nothing. what else can you do? hundreds of us dollars spent and can"t get into the damn game!all this because i wanted to protect my account and change password? does it always take this long?

Answer:

Diane, If you are talking about the Empier game, you change you password under the options tab, not through email. Looks like someone grabbed your information.

Question:

Whyis goodgame empire so very expensive game to survive on and you need to be online everyday. problems are generally not dealt with(tickets just ignored) unless same bug for a lot of players. then problem fixed at the cost of the player.

Answer:

There are players who mindlessly throw money at the game, therefore the developers do not have to care about the actual quality of the game. What really matters is that the whale players get enough special offers.

When are you going to address the lag problems you have worldwide? when are you going to stop gouging your customer base? when will you have a support staff that is responsive in a timely fashion including on weekends and address all the issues/answer all tickets? when are you going to give a single damn about your customers?

Answer:

I hope you are aware that this site is NOT goodgame and they will never see your post here. Best to sign up on goodgame, get into their forums, and/or send letters to support. That's the only way the right people will ever see your concern. (And ignore it as they have been for everyone elses identical concerns.)
