Item I ordered is preparing to ship for two days. Contact customer service through chat or phone and I am told that they have no information available fro the shipping department but I should hear from them In 1-2 days. When I ask to cancel the order I am told I can only do that for 30 minute after I place the order. 96 hours after I place the order they have still not shipped. Bogus. I will never deal with them again
Bought a used demo driver, it was sent via fedex without proper protection came broken in 3 different places. Went to the store at Pembroke Pines and because is a used club only solution was to give me my money back (fair) but, I bought a club online and because golf galaxy doesn't know how to properly package a club it came in pieces and now I am not able to get another club. Asked the employee at the store for a duplicate receipt because I misplaced the original receipt were it showed that my money was going to be refunded he looked at me pissed asked me if I lost the receipt and informed me that he can not print a new recipe. Then I asked him what is the solution I need prove he replied well look at your credit card statement and I told him that is what I did and I don't see proof of my refund and he replied well it is not going to reflect right now it takes 2-3 days and I informed him that I completely understood but I need proof that it will be refunded. To my request he told me well you will have to wait like 20 minutes for me to get you a duplicated receipt. Then after a couple of minutes he asked me if I would be fine with just a copy of the original receipt and I told him that that is fine I just wanted proof. Lastly I decided to call customer service to share all the events that have made this a very unpleasant experience and I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor (1:30) when I hung up the total call lasted two hours and 3 minutes (2:03). Worst store to purchase clubs only.
5/26/2020Very Happy and exited when we left the store with our new club purchase from Max Rosen, told 7 to10 days we should receive our clubs. Being excited we wanted to check order status on 5/29/2020. Could not find the order with online tracking. Chatted with chat support they could not find our order. Called the store 56 minutes later. Hayden Told us the order shipped on the 24th. He was confronted with the issue that that was not possible because we ordered on the 26th. He said the ping shipped on the 26th and Taylor made Shipped on the 24th. He said this is what Max ( the store Manager) told him. That is 29 days before they even ship!
Why would the tell us 7 to 10 days. WOW. After asking for a refund. Hayden told us we had to come in the store for a refund on a credit card or cash. If the would have been up front and not blatantly lied to us there would not be any issue.
Ordered online, wanted to return online. Website not set up to accept online/mail-in returns. Started a very long chat, gave order number, UPCs, etc, waited and waited and waited. Was told to bring to a store. Finally got them to agree to send me a return label, but still waiting to receive it via email... Very surprised at the poor customer experience online and with chat.
They had a sale through midnight. I had it locked in my cart, checking out, and sent it at 1 minute too late. Ok, my fault, I missed the sale. They give no approval for change of price, it charges me $42 more, and then they won't let me cancel it. I will never use this company ever again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope they go bankrupt.

I ordered a set of Tour Edge Womens golf clubs for my wife for Mothers Day. The set came the bag was silver with black stains all over it. The golf clubs are absolute junk! Gave them a call THEY are charging ME to return these sub par clubs and on top of that I have to wait 30 days for a refund?
Buyer beware Golf Galaxy likes to lure you to their website with great prices only to cancel your order once you make a purchase. I ordered a golf net at a great price only to have the order cancelled the next day due to part availability. Total BS! A real company would honor the transaction and ship once the inventory is replenished. And by the way, don't try to work it out with customer service they are helpless and clueless.
The Berwyn, PA. Stores idea of an iron fitting is a joke. They dont know what the numbers mean and dont make suggestions. You just hit the irons you want to try and pick one... awful. Waste of time and money.
Have tried to just get address to return and have had no luck will continue to try and return golf shoes that did not fit it is only $67 but their customer service is awful I will never order from them again. Beware Golf Galaxy is not a good company!
Ordered a golf club on 12/2; box arrived 12/6 - EMPTY. I refused the package and immediately called customer service. Was told my order would be reshipped, overnight for free. I'm thinking, great! Well, a week later, no package. I called again, was told my case was "Under Review". What the heck does it need to be under review for? I receive an EMPTY BOX. Then, I was given a new order number and told it was shipping... still no package. Then, my money is refunded... what? I never asked for a refund. CAll them back again asking what's going on and told because I refused the package the first time, they refunded my account. So, I had to order again. This time, I demanded that they ship my club to me overnight like they told me and that it be free. They only wanted to give me a $15 discount. Plus, they didn't refund the tax they charged me on the 1st order. So I got a golf club that I had to pay sales tax on TWICE. I will NEVER, EVER shop with these people again.

Whatever I have tried to purchase, every time I have tried to purchase it, "that item is on the exclusion list" I have clicked many links, never found this exclusion list. Advertise it properly... 15% off the cheap $#*!, 25% off the not so good stuff... be honest. Is it that difficult; advertise "Come to our website for cheap stuff, CHEAPER!" NOT, 25% off the ~few~ exclusion (which includes the stuff that is decent and that you would want to spend your money on in the first place...)
I tried to return a Footjoy super lite golf shoes that had a one year waterproof warranty because my socks got wet in a light rain after wearing the shoes for the first time and the guy at the Roseville MN office said it could not be returned if it was worn outside. I said where do you think golf shoes are supposed to be worn inside the house? They finally spoke to the manager who was sensible enough and declared the shoes damaged. Whew!
I have to shop at golf galaxy because it's the only game in town I have spent thousands of dollars over the years there and every single time I go in there I am met with this wall of arrogance from most of the employees They are the most unresponsive unfriendly useless bunch of people I have ever experienced
DO NOT TRUST GOLF GALAXY ONLINE ORDERING. Tried to buy a hybrid on a Cyber Monday special. Never arrived and never refunded despite 10+ calls to customer service. Terrible customer service, they'll do anything to get you off the phone with promises of email follow ups that never occur.
I went in to shop for a new driver. Everyone standing around talking. I had to go to checkout to ask someone to help me! I should have just walked out. This has to be the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your time. Stay away!
I recently purchased a new Ping G410 driver from golf galaxy and expected to see some rewards points for my purchase after calling to see why my points were not showing they said they don't give rewards for Ping equipment! I tried to order $1800+ worth of Callaway clubs as part of a promotion the last day of the promotion. The website would not take my order despite spending over an hour trying to make the order go thru. I just worked with a Golf Galazy person. Although the problem was on Golf Galazy's website, Golf Galaxy will do nothing for me to solve the problem.
I went to Golf Galaxy in Cool Springs, TN yesterday & Andrew was more than helpful getting me fit for the right clubs as well as putting together a deal that fell within my budget. He was patient & the rest of the staff were kind & helpful as well. Will be going back soon & will highly consider going to them again when it's time to upgrade irons in a couple years.

I just went through absolute hell in the store, trying to get them to honor the gift card (just a $25 dollar gift card for my birthday). The cashier tried this, tried that, we got on my smartphone and tried looking up on the internet for redeeming gift cards, they called the main store manager over, who explained to me that they no longer honor the gift cards!
I explained that my sister *JUST BOUGHT IT* at Kroger's for my birthday! Seriously?!? We went 'round and 'round over this whole fiasco, and to be blunt - I got turned away and was treated extremely rude! Grrrr...
I drove all the way back home, and got on my laptop and tried contacting Golfsmith (redirects you to Golf Galaxy). I tried this, I tried that, and nothing worked, so I called their 1-866-whatever customer support number, and finally talked to a lady. I explained the whole scenario to her, and she also said they no longer honor them. I shot back that my sister bought it at Kroger's. Believe it or not, the lady customer service rep said, "Oh, well, sorry... Have your sister take the card back to Kroger's and get a refund. Tell her to tell Kroger's not to stock the gift cards as we don't honor them anymore".
