I bought a driver few years back.Spent big $ for it. No issues. Just purchased a driver last month. Thought I was getting a deal. I looked again and bought another for my son. Low and behold a FedX letter comes in the mail for the first club at $118. WTF? I'm now fully expecting to get another bill shortly. I called customer service / sales and basically said we will do squat about. Did you read the fine print? Now I'm pissed off and say OK send me shipping labels and I will return both. Response, you have to pay for returning it. Lol! What about you "100 day Satisfaction Guarantee" again a joke! Anyways that is the last time I'll ever purchase from them, as I should have bought from good old Golftown. My friends from CANADA...Keep your $ in Canada..
Hi all - if you live in a state where clothing is tax exempt (NJ for me) - golfdiscount.com defines golf shirts as "equipment" and will charge you sales tax.
I tried to work this out with their sales/customer service representative, but they were insistent that they were correct and even said their finance department confirmed this and said that laws have changed (note - they haven't).
So despite all of this, they would not refund me for the sales tax. Fortunately, I was able to go through my credit card company to have this fixed, but a totally frustrating experience.
Will note that the sales rep I talked to was professional and nice - neither of us escalated this into an argument and he was fully transparent, just misinformed, and ultimately, unhelpful in resolving the error. I gave 2 stars for that which I think is fair - and the fact that their discounts are pretty good and accurate to their company name.
Order 13 grips from them two months ago, they tell me two weeks ago they will be ship but they haven't, nobody will give me answer when they will be. Never have I had a online company rip me off like this one.
I ordered a golf bag on 6/13/23, I was told it would be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. At day 8 I emailed them because I still hadn't received any shipping information. I received a email back 6/20/23 stating that the bag would be shipped out on 6/23/23. On 6/23/23 I received a email stating that now all the sudden the golf bag is out of stock and would not be shipped. I was mad as I had already waited 10 days and was told it would be shipped out. I went to 4 local sporting good stores and they all had the same bag. This company is a joke, I wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered through them. They are manipulating google reviews by opting people in and submitting their reviews. But if you look anywhere else (including BBB) they have a F rating!
I purchased a NEW Ping G410 Sand wedge from GolfDiscount.com about 2 weeks ago. After the second and third round of playing the club, I noticed that the finish was peeling/chipping off on the sole around the "S" area. I contacted Golf Discount this morning and the first thing I am asked was if I purchased the club from them. I personally found this insulting and demeaning and put me in a bad attitude right away. It was as if I was trying to slip something by them. Why would I reach out to them if I had not purchased from them? In the end I could work with them and they would just hand it off to Ping or I could deal with Ping directly. I don't consider that to be standing by the product they are selling or providing any customer service. Maybe I am a hard $#*! on Customer Service but my experience with their CS left a foul taste with me.

I purchased a set of Winn golf grips from Discount Golf Co. They experienced a delay from the supplier due to heavy order volume. The delivery date slipped the Mgr. Joe from Golf Discount did everything possible to expedite the delivery on my order and was able to complete the delivery in short order, thanks Joe for the great customer service.
I ordered a golf glove on Discount Golf Company. I e mailed the company, on a sunday, to find when it would be shipped, because it had been some time sensed I placed the order. Within a couple of hours, I received a phone call. He explained that there were supply chain issues and he would follow up. Within a couple of days received a email that the item was shipped. Got my golf glove a few days later.
Order what you will but be aware you wont receive exactly what you order... unless you like waiting suggest you... shop elsewhere!

Joe at Discount Golf Company is wonderful to work with. I have order numerous grips and accessories from him. The pricing and delivery are excellent. I ordered a pair of golf shoes from this company. I normally wear a 10 1/2 however I thought I would order a size 11 just in case they were a little small it would be fine and if they were a little large I would wear a thicker sock. The shoes arrived and I am a try them on. The right shoe fit comfortable however the left shoe my toe was touching the front which is unusual I've never had that and I wear a small size. I immediately contacted the company and told them of my situation. The company told me I can send them back but it would be at my expense $11 to return the shoe to them. I initially wasn't comfortable with paying them to take a shoe back but I agreed to pay the $11. I package the fish you took it to Federal Express and ship it back. When I got notification from my bank I noticed they had taken $22 not the 11 that they told me. I contacted the company again now they tell me they charge me $11 to ship it to me at $11 to come back for a total of $22 for a shoot it didn't fit. This is the worst service that I have never seen. Why would one one want to buy shoes unseen and if they don't fit you pay for it? I don't know maybe some people are comfortable with that arrangement but I am not. I will stick to companies for now on that have a free return policy in the event there is something wrong with their product they will allow me to return it on them. This transaction cost me $22 and a waste of my time for a shoe that obviously had a problem. Stay away from this company they have no qualms at all we're taking your money. You can find the same products elsewhere with a much better return policy stay away they are terrible.
Ordered golf glove with and Ad of get one free. After waiting almost 3 weeks received only 1. Called them about 2nd one and was told they are processed separately? Doesn't make sense. Still waiting without any info or status of item being process/started. Will wait going to be over month before or if they keep their promise of shipping 2nd one!
I like bionic golf gloves and discount golf gives me a good price. I'm an old guy with arthritis in my hands and these gloves help me a bunch.
This is the best company ever! Had a driver fail, that I had bought for my sons Christmas present. So amazed that when, I called about the warranty, that an actual person picked up! They took care of the issue with zero problems. This is the best golf company ever! Will be using them, for all purchases, from here on out!
I placed an order for a putter grip but discountgolf was unable to provide the product due to Covid supply chain issues. I emailed the company directly when my order didn't ship within a couple days and received an immediate response from Sarah/Joe. They followed up and provided an update for possible shipment but later provided a full refund. They were always profession and courteous with regard to my order and even offered a potential substitute. It was a pleasure dealing with both Sarah and Joe. Highly recommend.

Ordered a bag 6/24, was told 3 to 4 weeks. It is now 8/15, no bag yet. Called twice got sir it is on its way. Should be there by Friday, the Las 2 Fridays? Still no bag. Won't order from here again, FedEx said deliver on the 11th then but wait will be the 14 still no bag! Canceling this tomorrow, not what I would call seevice
