While playing golf my 8 iron broke as I struck the ball. My playing partners watched as it happen. The same day I took the club back to PXG store (the set was only 6 weeks old) and told them what happened. They took pictures, kept the club and said they would get back with me in a couple of days. A week later I called and they said my claim was denied and it would cost me $95.00 to repair it. I'm very unhappy with how this was handled and suggest others be wary of their product, guarantees and custom service.
