I purchased a NEW Ping G410 Sand wedge from GolfDiscount.com about 2 weeks ago. After the second and third round of playing the club, I noticed that the finish was peeling/chipping off on the sole around the "S" area. I contacted Golf Discount this morning and the first thing I am asked was if I purchased the club from them. I personally found this insulting and demeaning and put me in a bad attitude right away. It was as if I was trying to slip something by them. Why would I reach out to them if I had not purchased from them? In the end I could work with them and they would just hand it off to Ping or I could deal with Ping directly. I don't consider that to be standing by the product they are selling or providing any customer service. Maybe I am a hard $#*! on Customer Service but my experience with their CS left a foul taste with me.
