Discount Golf customer service is non existent, twice now they took weeks to fill my order. The last time it was 6 weeks when I received half my order & still at 2.5 months I given up because I get no response or lies about shipping.
Suggest ignoring this company & buy direct or from Amazon pay a couple bucks more with free shipping, no BS and service. Don't make the same mistakes I did!
Except for old models and inventory, the pricing is similar to a full retail store. Not only that, but they tear manufacturers suggested price tags off items and charge even more!
Oh... and if you send something back they subtract the original "free" shipping that you got when buying.
I bought a Nike Pro Hyperwarm Hood for 49.95. When I received it on the back it says suggested retail 30.00. I called and they said well there in high demand right now. Really?!?!? And the packing slip doesn't even have the price on it and he says this product is currently on back order. Come to find out it's not on back order PLUS they raised the price again by 10.00! That pic is from my orders. Don't deal w theses ppl!
As others have stated in reviews, they tear price tags off and charge more than suggested retail. They also sell Nike on Ebay and other restricted sites under other names to avoid getting cut off from manufacturers.
I scoured the Internet for some 2014 tw limited edition masters shoes. They had the best price around. I had trouble getting the free shipping so I called and the guy was awesome and took my order extremely fast. I ordered them late friday and got them Tuesday. I have bookmarked their website and will always turn to them first when I need golf equipment if any kind. Thanks guys
Free shipping is reversed if you return a purchase; they charge you by not giving you a full refund for your returned items. I had to return my purchase because it didn't fit, and I paid the return shipping no problem. Instead of getting full credit for my return, I was charged for the initial "free" shipping. This is not stated in their return policies. When questioned, they referred me to a FAQ section that I would never have found on my own. I read the return policy thoroughly before I ordered--if I thought it would cost me $20 to try a pair of pants I never would have placed the order. Will not shop with them again.
Placed an order for several items with total for the order being over $150. $150 and up includes free shipping. In the order was a Ping putter grip and that alone invalidated my free shipping. I knew that free shipping was not included with Ping clubs, but missed the fine print regarding any item branded Ping is not eligible for the free freight. Warning, read all of the fine print. This will be my first and last order from them. I may just send the whole order back. There are better golf sites to shop at.
They immediately charged my credit card but as of today, a week and a half after I placed the order, my product still has not shipped. My guess is they have no inventory and they take your money, order the product and then ship it to you once they get it.
These are much thicker then they appear here. I usually go a size up in all of my shoes to have lots if room and these are still too small. I tried to return them but I had to pay for return shipping and never got around to going to the post office, I wouldn't buy from this seller again. I regret not listening to my friend to buy from oyshouse.com
Bought a Iron set from them. Price is good, and the actual product came directly from the manufacture. But the shipping is slow. Ordered on night of 13th and arrived on 25th. If you are looking for a fast shipment this is not the place to order. But if you have time, it has very good price. Reply by e-mail is prompt.
The Discount Golf customer service and management team was very helpful in locating my lost package/order. I made a purchase on Dicpunt Golf.com a couple days after Christmad. After the shipping label was made the postal service had not moved any with the package. I notified Dicpunt Golf via email and Sarah was amazing. She jumped right on with helping me and proving me with reassurances that she would locate the package and if not would ship me the item I ordered within a couple of days.
The Discount Golf team was very professional, helpful and reassuring with no run-arounds for me.
I will order more items from Discount Golf in the future.

I ordered M4 irons, clearly marked on the order form. They sent M3, now expecting me to go through a cumbersome process to get a refund.
Worse, they admit they never had M4's!
Over two months and still don't have my order. Told me they shipped twice lies, and unprofessional. I don't care about politics when I call about my order
They tear tags off and charge more than suggested retail. Old inventory might be marked down a little, but you can still find cheaper prices elsewhere.
They did not send all equipment. Act like and insurance company Called back phone just rang Not reputable company.
