The Discount Golf customer service and management team was very helpful in locating my lost package/order. I made a purchase on Dicpunt Golf.com a couple days after Christmad. After the shipping label was made the postal service had not moved any with the package. I notified Dicpunt Golf via email and Sarah was amazing. She jumped right on with helping me and proving me with reassurances that she would locate the package and if not would ship me the item I ordered within a couple of days.
The Discount Golf team was very professional, helpful and reassuring with no run-arounds for me.
I will order more items from Discount Golf in the future.
