Everything went great. My Carlos' Bakery Cake Assortment arrived on time and it was delicious! Well worth the price. I've already recommended your services to many of the people I know. I will definitely be ordering again also!

Arrived on time! I added an egg wash to the raw lobster pot pie dough before placing in the oven. They baked beautifully and tasted home made. My Valentine LOVED them. Excellent purchase from start to finish.

As usual, the meat pies showed up when scheduled, still solidly frozen, and securely packaged. They also tasted great. There was also enough dry ice left for me to play with for an hour or so. We old folks have to find our fun where we can.

Very friendly service, helpful, accurate, professional. So easy to deal with, and made me comfortable that even though the product was perishable, everything would be ok. Liked getting the tracking email.

Options were good. We were given a delivery date and then got word that the package would arrive three days earlier. That happened to work out well, but I guess in some cases, especially with perishable food, it could have been a problem.

Food was nice, portions were small- never could have fed 12, it fed 8 adults. Maybe 12 toddlers... very pricey for what it was though. Ironically, days after I purchased lobster rolls they went on promo 35% off. That's a way fairer price.

I ordered four dozen bagels. They arrived two days late and one third had started growing mold. I imagine this was due to being wrapped in plastic (no air circulation) and sitting in a hot vehicle for 48 extra hours. Nearly impossible to contact customer service. Too bad because the bagels without mold were very good. Not the way I wanted to present a gift.

Imo's and Shake's showed up on time. Shakes chicken was good. Expected hotter flavor since ordered Rambo. Mac and Cheese I really liked. Haven't tried Imo's yet. I used to live in St. Louis excited about pizzas. Kinda scared they look like store frozen pizzas!

Cookies had a great taste but unfortunately they seemed quite stale. It was disappointing considering the price for cookies. I'm sure they would have been much better if when they were made they shipped and were delivered all within just a few days.

Actually got my notice before they were able to help. One thing I'd like to say about order- a gift. My friend said delicious but all frosting pretty much melted and he did not get the pistachio or apple fritter promised in order

First time using the service. Sent a strawberry-rhubarb pie coast-to-coast, from Two Fat Cats in Portland, Maine to California.

Recipient stated the pie arrived "in perfect condition and was extremely well packed".

Amazing steak sandwiches. Did not think they could be duplicated after being cooked, packaged and sent across the country. I ended up eating them both, my husband was out of town, and they were SO GOOD> like i remember from south street philly. Will have to do again, maybe i will share this time :)

Everything went well! The food was still deep frozen, and arrived exactly on schedule. I needed assistance, which was provided in no time by a friendly customer representative. I will be back for more.

Delivery was right on schedule. The products are amazing. As a Brooklyn (Williamsburg) born gal now living in Texas your products no only tasted fabulous & were of superior, but it brought me back to my childhood.

The first package was never shipped, so I contacted customer service. Katie was able to proactively handle a bad situation and made it right. I have already referred two new customers (they get theirs Friday in Ft Lauderdale).

So fair it's been very good. We only tried the sausage with potato and cheese which were awesome. Still have the other 3 to try. I love it that women own and operate the company. I'm sixty and remember getting turned down for positions because of my sex.

Excellent service. I've sent 2 deliveries as gifts and both recipients LOVED their packages. We ordered a package for ourselves and love it, too. Easy to purchase, great communication. Can't wait to order again!
