Ordered from Miller's bakery in Pennsylvania. I left New York for Texas over 50 years ago and basically our bakeries are the supermarket type. These were absolutely the very best Hot Cross Buns I have had in over 50 years. They reminded me of my childhood. I definitely will be ordering them next year. Please forward this to them. Thank you

Everything was smartly packaged, all in a nifty little Langer's soft side cooler. The meat & bread was absolutely delicious! I even found recipes for their coleslaw & Russian dressing to make an authentic Langer's #1. :)
Everything went well... I can't stress that enough about the whole process especially now! I ordered a Maine clam for 2 for my daughter's birthday. Since we could not celebrate the usual way this was perfect. She said she'd order from them again, that the food was amazing and so where the cooking/preparation directions. Thank you!
The box arrived on time and without damage. The Rainbow Cookies tasted exactly like they should. Handcrafted with love. You can tell because the chocolate coating didn't taste like commercial garbage and the bars were inconsistently cut in size. They arrived packed with dry ice. I am so grateful they have this service for a person who hopes to keep all the older, smaller, culturally valuable institutions open for business.

Ordered a Lady M cake for Father's Day. It should have arrived on 6/17 Friday. However it was delayed for 3 days and arrived on 6/20 Monday.
At the time of arrival, the cake is no longer frozen and is damaged. It is support have dry ice in the package but there is nothing left. The dry ice bag is empty.
I e-mail the customer support (the only way you can contact them), a automatic reply told me they will get back to me in 24-48 hours, However, after 3 days still didn't hear anything from them. Not even mention, Goldbelly actually charged more shipping fee than the Lady M website. Also, on Goldbelly website they pointed out all sale are final which means you will never get a refund if something went wrong. It is my most frustrating and disappointing online shopping so far. Poor customer supporting and terrible logistics services.
Package arrived on schedule with directions for immediate/or later use. Froze as directed. Ate later. Everything was delicious... just like being at the restaurant. It was a great Christmas for my son-in-law who is from Pittsburgh
Absolutely wonderful! Just add a few sides and you have a complete holiday dinner. The meats were tender... dressing was great! Could not have asked for more. We had to fight to take some leftovers home.

Second order was well packed and came as described. (Haven't tried it yet.) When I finally heard back from customer service about first order, they offered to refund or replace that item, which was nice. I asked for a replacement, but fear I will be waiting for another extended period before I get a response.
It was perfect! The most delicious pecan cups I have ever tasted and the pecan balls with the cherries on top were outrageously delicious also! They were so fresh and you knew you eating something very special. I will be ordering these again definitely to send them as gifts and keeping a few for myself! I can't wait to see what else this baker makes! She has forever customer with me!
Both of my orders were not delivered for Mother's Day.
The Menlo Park order when delivered was great. However the order to Colebrook went very poorly. We didn't get notice of shipping. Unfortunately my daughter in law father passed away. They had to go to Rochester for the funeral. When they returned there Lobster mac was there for a few days. They tried to contact you via email and they are still waiting for a response. Please advise me what you plan to do. It's on my Amex account. I am a charter member since 1958. If it is not resolved I will ask for a refund
Everything arrived in perfect condition & very well packaged. The cookies delicious & fresh even after traveling all the way to the west coast. Now I won't be so homesick this Christmas having some of the goodies we've grown up with.
The cake was delivered on the day expected and arrived well packaged and with dry ice. My mom said it was one of the best cakes she ever had. Thanks for making her birthday special since we could not be together.
The shipping process went exactly as planned. It was a very hot day when the shipment arrived, but everything was still frozen on arrival. We had a lot of fun with the remaining dry ice as a science experiment after unpacking the cakes, which were in perfect condition and nice to look upon. Nice job there. You provided a great service.
