This was my first purchase from GoJane. I loved how the prices were extremely inexpensive and that there was a variety of shoes and colors on the site! I would love to see what new items they will bring in throughout the future.
The shoes from this brand are for people with very skinny, narrow feet, point blank. I think these items are centered around a specific demographic since they are all made in China... I made a good purchase of slippers which are great honesty but would have returned the other two failed shoes I bought, but the shipping fees are NOT worth it. I think it is of poor taste that they do not provide a reduced price for a shipping label they could send you via email (like Forever21 does for example) when you need to make a return/exchange. This alone let's you know the integrity and caliber of the company greedy and no sense of customer service or desire for brand loyalty due to their own cheapness. I will be deleting my account and unsubscribing from all emails from this company because I consider them a rip off at this point.
I ordered couple shoes for my trip and only one pair didn't fit and was too small and I went a size up. It was a pair of black wedges I also paid couple days ago to send them back for refund on my debit card. Overall I have been satisfied with the cute clothes and shoes GoJane sells.
My girlfriend love her stuff very much and she will order again soon... Right at this moment she's getting ready to order... we always order stuff From different sites and when we got the order... it's not how it looks on the site... it looks when we got them. But when we see the stuff on goJane... they look the same when we Receive them... so for that we love to shop at goJane
These shoes are not only sexy, they are mad comfortable for long day wear. What I like about buying shoes from gojane is, they are very prompt in shipping out your shoes, they send exactly what you ordered, no oops!, with them. I shop from my shoes up. And for me to be a 'Divasitizen' the shoes are very stylish and sophisticated enough for me, so ladies "Shop gojane til your wallets empty" I know I do.
Go Jane site stated that they had 2 pair of the shoe color that I ordered but they gave a refund. Meaning that they are not up dating their quantities in a timely fashion. I ordered 2 colors of the same shoe and I am disappointed that the black ones were not in stock as stated on the website.
They are very high, in both heel hight and length. They go aaaall the way up the thigh and are quite tight so if you have thicker thighs- beware!
Love them though- bought them for my hallween costume!
I have not yet ordered from them, but when my friend told me about the site, I decided to check it out. Their prices (particularity for formal dresses) seem very reasonable. They have a nice selection too.
If you want a swimsuit from here, beware. As someone who works in customer service, these people are lacking in it. Purchase somewhere else where you can get your money's worth. I bought two swimsuits where I should have fit (I was the average size for length and width) and they were TOO SMALL. I called them and while I understand sales are final, the lady could have been more empathetic. The best part? She offered for me to purchase the same swimsuits again for full price AND pay for shipping. Never buying from this company again.
Love GoJane! The complaints on here are ridiculous... Sure you have to pay for the shipping on anything you return, but if you do an exchange, they cover the cost. Most of these complaints are from people who just don't read... Never had a problem with customer service, they're just doing their job. Treat them with respect and you'll get respect and mutual understanding returned in kind. Go Jane Go!
Ordered an orange prom dress a month ago. Had a delivery today in a plastic bag, no paperwork and it was PINK. Not very well made. Nobody pick the call. Just sent email and awaiting reply. Biggest mistake I made ordering that. I hate Gojane.
I've browsed GoJane for a decade and finally decided to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes. They shipped fairly quick, it took a week to get them from time of order. The quality was as expected and no different than what I saw online. The sizes seem just a tad off but not so much that they don't fit. Overall satisfied and would order again.
Ive been buying shoes from GoJane since 2012 and Ive never had any cause to complain. The shoes always look as advertised, fit as normal and they are pretty durable... I still have a couple of pairs that are over 5 years old! I would recommend them anyday!
Shipping wise - As I'm in Singapore, it took quite a while to reach. Say about 3 weeks? Perhaps it will be faster if within the States.
Quality - The maxi dresses I bought were quite comfortable and material is good.
And yes, I will definitely order from them but only if I can find something that I can wear. Warning! Their dresses are super sexy.
I love this site! I don't know exactly how long they've been around but I've been ordering from them for almost 15 years I'm sure and have never had an issue and their clothes are reasonable and sales are awesome! I've had to return things in the past due to size issues but they gladly accept my returns and exchanges. Items arrive fairly quickly as well. My only complaint is that you don't always know the brand of things you are buying but oh well, everything is always as cute as in the pictures.
Ordered for my wedding in September and so far the girls love them. Other websites didn't have all sizes but gojane did and had better prices. Glad I kept searching before I went with the other company.
I've been buying from gojane for about 6 years now, and I've never been disappointed. Yes I've ordered stuff that I may not like when it arrived or may have not fit like I want it to but that's the risk you take when ordering online on any site. However I've never been disappointed in gojane service. All of my orders have arrived correctly and on a timely matter as they stated. The clothing is not cheap like if you ordered from those china site. Their clothes is exactly like forever21. Decent quality and at a great price. I'm happy with them and will continue to order from them.
I absolutely adore this website. The clothes are very trendy and have excellent prices. The shipping is very fast and the products always fit the description. I started using the site when I was a senior (prom dress) and am still a fan of it now (age 22). Since then I have bought shoes, dresses, pants, shirts, you name it. The best time to look is on Black Friday. Happy Shopping!
Not only are the items cheap, they are good quality and super cute. I got my items within a week and everything fit perfectly and looked exactly like it did online. I will definitely continue to shop on this amazing site!
I was nervous about go Jane. There are so many awful companies out there who send you products that look nothing like the photo made with the cheapest material. I ordered 5 items and LOVED each and every one. I was actually hoping not to love them all so I could return some and not feel so bad for shopping :) too bad. Keeping it all.
