Never order here. It is true that they never send the item and keep your money. I reported them and everyone else should too. I even made for 2 day shipping and I just lost all that money and never received anything. There site should be taken down and they should not be able to get away with this.

Well what can i say other than avoid avoid avoid, i have had the same issue about low quality dress, other than i m still going through the motions of trying to send the dress back! I think my 2yr old grandson could do a better job! I m very angry customer... just advise u all stay away from this site

The prices are fantastic! I was worried about the quality because of that, but everything I have ordered has been wonderful. Everything seems pretty much true to size.
But be warned! A lot of those dresses are REALLLYYY short! I ordered a cute black flared hem dress thinking it would cover my butt. I was wrong! Luckily I can wear it with leggings/jeans

Great quality for the price. I hope the return process is great as well because I do have returns because of the fit or too high of a heel. I will definitely keep ordering. Over 10 pairs so far and growing.

Canadian shopper and love this site. The shoes are reasonably priced and of course so many choices. Shipping was on point and tracking was a breeze. I bought one dress it was gross.

I have been ordering from go jane for almost a year now. I have ordered everything from sandals, several bodysuits, skirts, a belt even a deep V bra, and more. The prices are great because it's always a sale going on and sometimes if it's close to holidays they offer free shipping. The quality of the clothes and shoes are good. I like shopping from go jane and i'm glad i found them on line.

I purchased some boots that were too small I returned them they told me its been past 30 days no refund no exchange policy... I can understand no refund but not to exchange is unethical then now I have to pay for shipping to receive my boots that are too small... I will never purchase anything from them

I ordered a dress and earrings on 9/20/2015 and this was my first time shopping with GoJane, so I was very nervous. However, my order arrived a day before it was supposed to and that was great.My order came on 9/25/2015 and it looks exactly like the pictures. I would definitely shop at GoJane again.

I was actually nervous because I had never used GoJane and the product didn't look as nice on the model. In person, the product was absolutely flawless, better than expected. The shipping and processing was handled very quickly too! Great experience.

I love the shoe, very timely delivery. I just wish the shipping were free domestically. I also had no idea the shoes were running small I would've ordered a size up but no worries I'll purchase another pair

I thought I would receive my package just before hitting the road but I received it early with time to spare. The order was packaged appropriately and all of the merchandise was in order! Will order from the site again!
