Came right on time and I love all 3 pairs of sneakers and mules! They all seem to be a little on the big side, but that's fine they are really comfortable. I will defiantly order from this company again.
Received my order faster than expected, i was really excited about that. Dress fits to size, was a little nervous at first because I added a little weight lol. Highly recommend it's exactly like picture. Really comfortable not too tight
I love this site! Prices are awesome, shipping is fast, and shoes are as described. Haven't tried clothes yet. I just wish they offered size 5 heels, it's so sad I have to get 5.5 :( but its still better than buying size 5 $100 shoes or size 6 at stores.

I love this company. Although my experience is only in the shoe department, many of my friends have purchased clothing from them. The prices are responsible and the sale section offers a good selection. Shipping is timely :) and the items are good quality. This past summer I ordered shoes for a wedding I was coordinating, utilizing quick shipping, and it arrived right on time! I recommend this site to anyone.
After reading the reviews, I was very skeptical if I should give GoJane a try but I took a risk and ordered something anyway. Last Thursday, I ordered a olive green dress and decided to do the standard shipping. I'll say the following two days I received my tracking number and was able to see that it'll be here (NC) on Monday. My package arrived and I'm in love with this dress! The shipping was quick and the dress isn't cheap looking compared to its price. Glad I gave GoJane a try! (: I will be purchasing more items
These plastic paper light earrings could have cost less. The quality is not worth 15 dollars! I could have went to Express for something nicer. They look cheap in person and expensive online. If shipping wasn't so much I would send it back for a refund. Spend 15 dollars on something of better quality!
These shoes are absolutely amazing! If you love DollsKill, Current Mood or any stores like that, you're going to love the stuff you find on GoJane. They even have an exact pair of shoes that are on DollsKill. The only issue is that the shoes run too narrow. I have wide feet but often times if I order in my size without going wide they're still okay. But these were too narrow and very uncomfortable to wear. Otherwise the shoes are perfect and beautiful
If you want a swimsuit from here, beware. As someone who works in customer service, these people are lacking in it. Purchase somewhere else where you can get your money's worth. I bought two swimsuits where I should have fit (I was the average size for length and width) and they were TOO SMALL. I called them and while I understand sales are final, the lady could have been more empathetic. The best part? She offered for me to purchase the same swimsuits again for full price AND pay for shipping. Never buying from this company again.
Ordered an orange prom dress a month ago. Had a delivery today in a plastic bag, no paperwork and it was PINK. Not very well made. Nobody pick the call. Just sent email and awaiting reply. Biggest mistake I made ordering that. I hate Gojane.
Sent me mismatched shoes. My mother had to wear for a wedding she put them on without checking but after being uncomfortable in them noticed they were mismatched. gojane.com refused to take them back and send me the correct size. Worst experience ever. Dont buy from them
This $#*!ing place deserves -1 stars from me. I placed an order for over 100 dollars, with 5 purchases and these stupid idiots left my big $#*! package outside for someone to steal. I needed my $#*! for vacation and they told me I had to wait 8 business days for a resolution. How $#*!ing disgusting! Don't ever shop here EVER
I definitely enjoy getting shoes on sale at GoJane although the quality can be hit or miss sometimes. I've had a couple pairs that haven't really stood up at the test of time but for what we are using the items for I don't mind. I'm not looking for items that will last forever, just cute ones that last for a little while!
Why is the shipping $12 in the United States? It's not expedited and it's not international or fragile so I'm confused. The clothes are decent and even sometimes good, but I would definitely won't be shopping as often just because of the shipping. That's unfortunate since the competitors have the same prices or even lower prices, but the shipping is reasonable. I hope they work that out, especially since they don't include a return label.
I ordered a pair of shoes on a Sunday night and got them the next Thursday although I only paid for standard shipping (which still cost me $12).
The sandals are really cute and are super comfortable. Paid only $22 which explains the poor quality. Heels are made of plastic and is therefore very light. You can't really see it when you're wearing them though.
All in all, cute shoes for cheap and fast delivery!

Before online shopping via Go Jane I did my online research and found that a lot of customers were unhappy with their product or delivery time however, despite the mixed reviews I decided why not try and I am very pleased with the overall service.My package took 2 days to arrive to Canada, Toronto. The online assistant even provided me a $10 off code which was so helpful. The clothes were just as described, the fitting was great, condition was good. Go Jane offers new clothes everyday and has reasonable to cheap clothing. Overall, I am glad I took the 'risk' because it was worth it.
