We got a refrigerator online along with an entire set for the kitchen. The few hundred dollars price difference is not worth it trust me. Our refrigerator we ordered in July did not get delievered until February which we were very understanding about due to everything going on.
When it arrived it did not work but we did not know until April when we plugged it in at the new house (since we ordered as soon as we started building). Now it is almost July and we have not had a working refrigerator for nearly 3 months, we have contact them, and whirlpool and after 3 service calls with 2 repair companies we are waiting on another service call which is 5 weeks out to see if replacing parts will fix it or now - the entire sealed system is broken and will not cool.
Goedekers has been no help, they have no solution and no customer service. We have ask for a refund or replacement and keep getting the run around since they are waiting for the 1 year to expire. We also did not get our rebate they advertised since we did not have the serial numbers in time to apply for the rebate cut off. Just a pain after 13+ hours with customer service and 3 days waiting around at home 6 hrs each time for a repairmen still no working refrigerator. $4K+ metal paper weight in our kitchen for months.
Buy local so you can return or talk to someone - do not buy here
Goedekers had the best price on the media cabinet I purchased and delivered it ahead of the promised time. The only issue I had was that I purchased the white glove delivery and the shipper did not have it indicated on their bill of lading so they would not completely unpack position in my home.
Beware of availability issues! They will take your money and then send you endless back order notices on appliances they said were available when you placed the order. Ordered refrigerator and double oven on March 12th and today, April 26th finally had to cancel the order because they back ordered again until mid-May with no guarantee that they wouldn't back order further. No offer to make it right. Absolute waste of time!
Will never buy anything from them again.
I am so pleased with my couch delivery. I was a few hours early. I love the product I ordered. The delivery crew was very helpful getting it in my house and in place. I would order again from godeckers!
Delivery was difficult as we were moving into new home. One delivery was prior to ownership... one was left at curb & neighbors brought in & the final delivery was unboxed grudgingly (packing materials left for us to dismantle & dispose of).
I placed and order in late December 2020. I called 3 weeks later and was told they could not get the items until late March 2021. They offered to check the warehouse to see what was in stock. I settled on two additional item. The sales lady Annette canceled the original order but could not figure out how to transfer the financing over to the new order. She was going to check on it and get back to me. She never called back. I called her and she had no I dea who I was. The items I wanted as replacements were now gone but she had items that were twice the price that she could get me! BAIT & SWITCH! Thieves!
I ordered a washing machine and it took almost a month to show up. I contacted customer service twice, and when I did the 2nd. Time they said they had no record of my calling before. I complained, about how long it was taking and asked what they would do to remedy it, cover shipping cost, cover the 5 yr. Warranty I purchased with it, neither of which they would do instead they offered me a 10yr. Warranty, which I still have yet to receive confirmation of. I would recommend oreding from somewhere else.
We ordered an Electric double oven range in July 31,2020 they said delivery should be August 21,2020.
The day came and we hadn't heard from them so I called and was told they had been informed the previous weekend that the model was discontinued.
So I asked what they had in stock and ordered a range that they had 5 of in stock.
I was told delivery should be soon. Fast forward to today August 24,2020.
I called the store asked when my range will be delivered. They said that my fire Pit had already been delivered. I said I didn't order a fire pit. They immediately transferred me to someone else that said I had the wrong order number. So she gives me the right order number finds my order. I ask when will I get my Range?
She said she had no idea!
So I'm pretty much screwed! They already have my money and they can deliver it Whenever!

Terrible service. Good luck getting them on the phone... they cite covid as an excuse not to answer their customer service lines. I ordered a product they said was in stock and would ship out in a week. Nearly two months later I get an email saying the product is backordered. I am unable to get a refund or get them on the phone. Terrible
We ordered a $174 Verona Shelf Glide on March 23rd. They said it shipped on 4/24, but it wasn't in the shipment. We called and they said they would check on it and get back to us. In May we called and they said the same. Then the customer Service line began having 30 minute wait times, so we switched to email. On 6/8,7/14,8/5,9/27 & 10/5 different people responded that "they would check on it and get back to us", but never did. On 10/23 we asked for a refund, but have had no response. Sent another email today. Also filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. Not sure what these folks are up to, but it's not right to steal from us.
Bought a very expensive build in kitchenaide architect series refrigerator and couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. THANK YOU. Great service and product delivered on time. We will definitely do business with Goedecker AGAIN.

I had the same experience as everyone real here... ordered a product... got billed... then was told it was on backorder... always getting the runaround... had to go through the credit card company for a chargeback. This site is paid by Goedekers to give them control of the reviews... so this review will likely never show up... or at least gets drowned out by 22k fake reviews that are 5 stars for great customer service. Shame on Google as well for including Sitejabber in review search results.
Awesome experience. Found exactly what I wanted for an absolute STEAL, and they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. 100% going back to them for my next furniture purchase.
These people should literally be locked up. They are taking money from people and never sending them their orders. They are also not responding to anyone attempts at contacting them for refunds. Read their BBB reviews. They should be shut down! I personally spent $525 on an outdoor tiki bar and what I received was 4 cheap stools. Not the item I ordered and not even close to worth what I paid. Multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone, facebook (basically all of their social media accounts) and no response. So I guess I'm just out $525? This is a lot of money for my family. This is happening to a ton of people and I wish I would have looked into them before placing my order. Lesson learned. I hope this prevents someone from making the same costly mistake that I did.

I called and tried to place an order over the phone; asked for haulaway of old fridge and was told that it was not available for my zip code, so I didn't complete the order. I then tried to place the order online including haulaway and placed the order with no problems, including financing options. I called them back and was told that if it went through then it should be ok, maybe the person I talked to first had a typo in his info. I didn't wait at all either time I called, got a person right away. Reading the reviews here it looks like the complaints really dropped late this summer, so I am hopeful their issues were corrected. I wasn't given a firm ship date but that doesn't surprise me -- I've been to all of the big-box stores and a few small local vendors and no one can give a firm date for refrigerators due to Covid 19, quarantines, closed plants, etc etc etc. If we have to wait, at least I got a much better price -- almost $300 less than anyone else!
I had a horrible experience. They are priced low, but you pay dearly for it. They have simply grown their business by low prices, but they have not built their support operations for the volume of business they have. So, get a low price, but be ready for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! And forget about getting your product in a timely manner!
Purchased a GE Cafe cooktop in November. Goedeckers set delivery for 60 days. When the day came, they sent email stating product unavailable and no info for a new date from GE. Called them and they quoted me a new date, 60 days out. Same thing happened again. And again. So now the deliv date is 11 months from purchase. Called GE and they are NOT backordered on the cooktop. Have been delivering all along. So cancelled the order and purchased for same price from another supplier. Very frustrating that they gave false info and strung me along for 9 months. Never will purchase from them again.
Placed the order March 16th and was told it would leave the warehouse within 2 weeks for a total of three weeks to be delivered. I asked regarding coronavirus issues and they said it should still be on time. I received an email on March 23rd saying I would receive it and seven business days. After 7 business days, I called and they said that email was an error and I should receive it in two to three weeks. It is now been a month later and it hasn't even left the warehouse. Literally nothing! No tracking number no info nothing! After a month you think somebody could put a name and address on a box and at least ship it? Bad Business just trying to keep money and never ship it. Customer service said it may ship by the end of the month! Over six weeks to maybe ship it? MAYBE? What a joke! Won't do business with you again.
New stove came covered with dents and dealing with customer service has been tedious: slow to respond and still have not received any discount as requested.
Ordered oven from godeckers on 5-24-2017. Got e-mail on 5-5-2017 saying it would ship on 6-6-2017. Got e-mail on 2-7-2017 saying it was shipped with tracking # as of 6-20-2017. Godeckers does not know if it has been shipped or not. The carrier say they have not received the shipment. Godeckers wants to charge me 300.00 to cancel the order. Be cautious of ordering from modelers
