I received the wrong nightstand and it took almost a month to get the correct one sent to me. As soon as they realized they sent me the wrong one, I think they shouldve sent me the correct nightstand but they made me wait almost a month for the vendor to first pick up the wrong nightstand in order to send the one I originally ordered!
I've ordered from Goedeker's before and been pleased. My only complaint is how long it takes for them to fill the order and deliver the item.

Good experience. Shipping was a bit slow and cumbersome with follow up phone calls on our end. The shipping tracking email was not helpful or functional. Improvement needed in this area.

Placed an order for Ashley love seat and chair which the site stated would ship in 4-5 days on 3/13. Finally on 3/23 the order was shipped to the shipper. No, that's not a typo, they shipped my purchase from Ashley in WI to a third-party shipper in NJ and then on to me which took 11 days in total. At no time was Goedeker's or the shipper able to track the shipment, or provide me with an estimated delivery date until 10 days after it shipped. It was delivered damaged by two guys in a Penske rental truck. I then spent another two weeks trying to resolve the issue with Goedeker's customer service. Repeated emails, calls and written messages left went unanswered. I finally agreed to a price reduction rather than having someone patch my new furniture or waiting another month for a replacement to arrive. Even running the credit card again for the refund took another six business days. Maybe they are better in person when then can't ignore you for days on end and you can just pick up your items from the store, but living in CO, I'll never use them again. Awful.
Placed my order and received my product in about 2 weeks choose curb side service but gentlemen brought it to my garage for me! Definitely would recommend you guys!
Completely horrible customer service. Be prepared to be lied too. I ordered my couch and was told the delivery can be scheduled in the evening so I do not have to take a day off work. First lie. I was told by the delivery people that they will only deliver between the hours of 9am-1pm or it will be delivered NEXT MONTH. I take a day off work then the day of the delivery they tell me that it wasn't loaded on to the truck, tough luck it will be delivered next week. Sent an email to the support team and owner of the company, NO REPLY. Called their team no answer.
The cooktop arrived in perfect order... but even sooner than expected.
Possibly of interest to Goedeckers.? There was no notifiation of impending delivery which precluded my presence and the well advised inspection prior to signature acceptance... or an " inspection refused" notation... such an oversight could result in conflict in the event of linvisibe damage... Goedeckers does it right... The delivery advance notificatio failures could result in potential future problems with a customer

Bad company to deal with... I waited almost a month for my order and when it finally came it was broken in three places... Bad customer service representative!
Ordered Undercounter Refrigerator 7/4/2020. Immediately was updated to "backordered appliance". NOT ONE update since my order. I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I emailed twice asking for a replacement model that was not on backorder. NOT ONE RESPONSE! I am filing dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. Their prices are NOT worth the hassle.
Purchased a duel reclining sofa in July. It arrived the 17th of September broken. 21 emails, 2 reports to the Better Business Bureau, and a charge back request to my credit card company finally got the part delivered the 17th of December. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Documentation doesn't lie. If I could give them a rating below one star, I would do so.

Received my new fridge undamaged due to good packaging. I have it connected to my solar panels.It's full of beer and the beer is cold. Temp set at -2 degrees celsius. Perfect.
I bought this and may other appliances on April 27th. I have been getting email after email about my appliances, and the delays... I would relate this to a flight that at first is a 10 min delay but then turns into a 12 hour delay.
I'm not sure when I will get my appliances, and every time I call Goedeckers, they say my appliance should ship soon, minus two appliances that are delayed (which have been delayed even more)... but still on May 19th, there is NO indication that my items will ship even though Goedecker's email says they were expected to ship on May 13th.
I would seriously reconsider shopping with Goedeckers, as they really don't seem to care about the family who is left without a kitchen and no clear indication when we will receive our appliances... Shop local, they probably will care a lot more!
I ordered a dishwasher on their website. Fantastic pricing and selection. From order to delivery, it took about 2 weeks which I didn't think was unacceptable. Easy from start to finish.
Ordered an Ashley signature cabinet. It took about a month to deliver. Came broken. Got a replacement i came pretty fast, guess what? Broken again. It comes disassembled so in order to see the damage we need to unpack it, photograph in 1000 different ways so they can see the damage, mark on their parts list which parts are damaged, turned out that on their list there is no parts that got damaged, even though it's the major part of this cabinet, the top, bottom and the sides, conveniently missed from the parts list. And the customer service is horrible. She offered me $50 discount to keep it or pack it again back in the box and they will pick it up. Well, unpacking takes an hour cause it's all in separate pieces. Packing back in the box takes at least an hour, cause even piece needs to be packed separately. Taking pictures of the damage and emailing back and forth takes half the day at least and they are offering me measly 50$ discount. Customer service in this country is going to hell, as far as I am concerned. There are so many bad reviews online. CEO Steve Goedeker should be ashamed of the customer service and the quality we are getting from his store. Waste of money, waste of time!
