Impossible. I'm fairly certain they don't actually have a service department, only sales reps. I've spent hours on hold looking for help with a lost shipment with no answer or reply, ever. I regret ever giving them my credit card number.
Nearly impossible. I emailed them 4+ times and waited on hold for hours with no result.
I could not get in touch with customer service. Their line was always busy. One time I held the phone for 45 min with no reply.
I received 1 email reply to my email complaint 1 month after i wrote to them and never again since.
Easy to reach them, but they never answer questions, they say they will call with the answer, then they never call back
