Had good experience shopping there. Customer service was okay. Delivery arrived on time and in good condition.

My experience with Goedeker's has been horrible and painful. I bought a three piece sofa set for the amount $3,300.00. The delivery of which took more than 2 months and still not completed yet -- 1st time they delivered broken sofa and would not return instead they wanted to charge restocking cost of 20%. They use quite ill-behaved trucking company. It becomes customer's responsibility to call this trucking company and stay at their mercy as when they will deliver. I paid Goedeker's white-glove service fees, but these guys just move in the furniture inside my home and did not put it together -- left for me to assemble. Dumped all the packing materials on my driveway -- I had to pay junk pick-up these garbage. When I called customer service, they are they were the most rude people to deal with. I will urge you all consumers, please think twice before you make any purchase with these guys -- they take full payment up-front to trap you. Be careful of these fraudsters. GOEDEKER'S Charge my credit card right away June 9th 2020 claim i won't see our washing machine + dryer until mid Sept with no guarantees. Call your credit card holder ASAP to dispute charges so you can go elsewhere without feeling ripped off.
If I could give -******* rating I would! This has been the absolute worse company I could've ever ordered from. If you don't pay extra money, the crappy delivery company AM Trucking will leave your item in the driveway! I paid to have it brought into my house. Who does that?! I ordered a brand new cream colored sofa that was delivered with no legs, blemishes all over it, a sticker that left a stain and a piece of wood firmly attached to the bottom of it protruding out on the side. I contacted customer service as soon as I unboxed it. They asked for pics, I sent them. Next she/Sarah Roy asked for a pic of serial number. Sent that. At this point its been 2 weeks. I didn't get reached out to again until 3 weeks and was told they would send "feet" for the sofa and offered a cleaning service. For a brand new sofa! Really?. I emailed Steve Goedeker and got no response but at the 3 1/2 week mark Sarah says I can get a refund or replacement if I have the original packaging. Really? How do you unwrap and keep a bunch of plastic wrap and a flimsy box intact after almost 4 weeks later? Terrible terrible company that has no integrity! They are thieves in my opinion, and don't ever think otherwise!
Saw good reviews before ordering a Lane recliner from Goedeker's. Ordered OCt. 30 and here it is Dec. 18,2020... no chair and have had very limit communication from them on this back order. It took a week before I got a call back from a manager in Customer Service. Getting through to CS by phone..."please hold, your hold time is 91 minutes." or 1 minute, or again 65 minutes... nobody picked up in one minute either. Asked to be called back when it was my turn... forget that, never happened. Got a call from a manager this afternoon (Friday) just to tell me it's back order, we are sorry, warehouse/factory behind in orders... they don; t have parts from China or S. Korea. (Lane Furniture is in NC -I think it's a remote location, not running water, electricity, or phones there). I can understand back order, but poor communication skills and customer support issues are neglected at this furniture store. Lots of lip service... they sure like to cash in on the credit card before the item even ships. Not sure they even have a store in St. Louis area. They hide behind "we are sorry. It's the virus"... they must wear Teflon clothes left over from Clinton. I cancelled order after talking with manager. No clue when the chair would be ready to ship or if it would. Go elsewhere. I see I am not alone in this poor communication bubble they have created for themselves.
Worst experience and I shop on-line for almost everything! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They charged me for their product immediately when ordered and 5 months later when I still have not received my order, they WILL NOT REFUND. Read all reviews as I wish I had prior to ordering from them
My experience was fantastic, great price, great service, all far better than my local appliance shops. They've got a customer for life, and I recommend Goedekers to everyone.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WE PURCHASE A $1,600 VANITY FROM THEM. IT TOOK OVER 6 WEEKS TO DELIVER AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS DAMAGED. WE REQUESTED THEY RETRIEVE SAID VANITY AND ISSUE US A REFUND. INSTEAD, THEY WANT TO JUST GIVE US SOME MONEY. WE CANNOT USE A DAMAGED VANITY. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE, YOU MUST TRY TO EMAIL THEM... BUT THEN NOT GET A RESPONSE. I HAVE TURNED THIS MATTER OVER TO OUR ATTORNEY.
I never write reviews but had to do it since this was the worst buying experience I have ever had. This company acts in bad faith, misleads you about product availability and delivery and then charges you for products you do not receive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Go to Home Depot and save yourself time and money.
Item was received in a timely fashion, but it was damaged. All dealings with the company have been pleasant, though. Nothing has yet been resolved, but I feel like it will be.
Very pleased with the price and service provided. I highly recommend Goedeker's when you are looking for best price for major appliances and willing to wait a couple of weeks for delivery.
I ordered a Bosch dishwasher in late July and was told delivery would be within two weeks. When no delivery materialized, I called customer service and was put on hold for 45 minutes. I then tried to reach them by email and was again told the dishwasher would be delivered within two weeks. This went on until mid September when I get an email from a trucking company to arrange delivery of the dishwasher. Only they had my street address with a different city and state and told me they could not make changes to the delivery and I had to do it through Goedeker's. So I again tried to reach them by phone with no success and finally got an answer by email in which they said the dishwasher has not shipped but to expect it within two weeks. They also claimed to have no knowledge of the trucking company even though the trucking company had Goedeker's name and address and the order number. I waited another two weeks and then contacted them to cancel my order. This time they tell me I cannot cancel the order as it has already shipped. It is now mid October and still no dishwasher. I then contact American Express to file a claim. Goedeker's never responds to American Express. American Express refunds my money in early November and I purchased the same dishwasher from another company and it was delivered and installed in a week.
The customer service was too bad and the order was received in almost a month. I bought the product warranty separately, but it does not help me a few months later.
Do yourself a favor, and order from somewhere else. They tout on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed, then do NOTHING to satisfy the customer. My item arrived from a separate company in a flimsy, beat up box with dents on it. Customer Service told me I'm not allowed to return an item once I get it (?) which of course is a load of crap.
I talked to a customer service rep... received no help... then was connected to a supervisor... and received no help. In fact, I found out they do NOT provide return shipping labels, and charge a 25% hidden restocking fee to return your item. In a pathetic attempt to get me to keep a product I didn't want, the supervisor flat-out lied to me on the phone, saying it cost them over $100 to ship the item to me, when the item itself cost $90! How would they make a profit, if that were the case!?! She said she 'did me a favor and looked up the cost of return shipping, and it wouldn't be worth it for me to return it.'. I did my own research and it only cost $17 to FedEx the item back.
Don't bother writing to Steve, the company's owner. His email is listed on their website with a friendly-looking photo (probably catfish) inviting people to write him anytime. So I did. I got a short-worded response from somebody who was NOT Steve saying he's happy to reduce the return shipping costs to a whopping $15. Two-dollar savings. WOW, what a guy.
Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate company. The peace of mind you'll get from the extra dollars you'll spend elsewhere are well worth the price. These people have no business being in the service industry.

Very impressed with quality of the bed, but it came all beat up and scratched. Im. Hoping it happened during shipping, but overall great quality and pretty easy to assemble.
Washer came in excellent shape, packaging had very little damage shipper took time to help unpack and examine washer transaction was smooth and washer is great
Goedekers steal your money. WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered a specific model and took screenshots and copied and pasted the model number on the checkout page and sent to my family to see. After checking out, they give you the order confirmation number and total paid, but they do not list the model number. I thought I was good to go, but after the purchase, they emailed me an invoice, on which they replaced the model I ordered with a worse model. Since I know I ordered the right model in the checkout process (copied and pasted it to family), I did not find the need to examine this invoice. When the unit arrived, I noticed it was the wrong model and immediately called before opening anything. They said since they emailed me an invoice with that model number on it (even though I DID NOT order that model) it was my fault for not checking the email, and they kept $250 of my refund for shipping and return shipping. They keep your money for THEIR MISTAKE. Worst business Ive ever worked with.
