I ordered a lot of furniture. A fabric Couch & Loveseat set; A leather sectional 3 piece plus an additional leather loveseat from the same set. The price was great, got delivered quickly. Upon delivery, the delivery people left all 6 large items, packaged in the driveway, asked to inspect the outside of the boxes. Did not want to wait for us to unpackage everything and inspect everything individually. The boxes themselves were intact and there was no visible damage. It took hours to unpackage them. One of the leather pieces-which was a loveseat, had a friction rub right on the front where the colored leather was rubbed off along with stitching; the fabric couch had what appeared to be a burn mark on the backside. The 3 piece sectional was way too big for our space. I contacted Goedekers the very next morning informing them of the 2 damaged items, and the request to return the wedge of the section (as its sold in individual pieces), and they refused to do anything saying it was signed off 'free and clear of damage'; they won't take the wedge back, and they no longer return my calls, emails, and when I call they don't help but say 'upper management is going to get back to you', its been over 2 months. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with!
Order a Whirlpool dishwasher that was suppose to take 5 to 7 days, ended up taking closer to 15. The excuse was backordered from Whirlpool. We had to call Goedekers to find out status they never called or e-mailed about delay, Was disappointed when dishwasher got dishwasher home and found it was not a stainless steel tub we told salesman we wanted but a plastic tub. Will not do business with them again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a platform bed frame from them. On there website it showed the price $37.72. I then received an email from David Feltz Customer service supervisor. Letting me know that the website price was incorrect and they are cancelling my order. I called the number provided and spoke with David. When I asked to speak with his manager he gave me a fake email stating this is the owner of the company. David did say that there going to refund me my money but I'm not so sure on that. David also gave me the option to pay an additional $129.00 and I could still get the item
Delivery people were good. Delivery from manufacturer to Godekers and then to me was too long. Maybe it can be set up where manufacture sends it straight to he customer. I know that Northern Tool does that with Interol Rand.
I ordered a light through them my package came damaged and had missing parts and no installation manual. The light didn't fit and I wanted to return it and they made me use there carrier and charged me 273.00 dollars to return it. They are terrible and rude. Stay away
Recently replaced my old dishwasher with a Bosch. Soooo glad I did. Much roomier than my previous one. Does a great job cleaning my dishes and is extremely quiet. Also, Goedeker's has always done a great job with every purchase Ive made with them. They have the best prices, tax free, and free delivery. Highly recommend.
Delivery was exactly as I ordered and was in good condition. The people who delivered were more than helpful and brought the ice maker into my kitchen and helped me inspect it to make certain it was in top condition. I couldn't be happier with my order and will use Goedeker's again.
March 23: Deliver me the wrong refrigeration
March 30: Tell me they will pick up the wrong refrigerator. Call me to confirm pick up and never show up.
April 4: Pick up wrong refrigerator and tell me they will deliver the correct one on April 6.
April 6: No one calls or knows when they refrigerator will be delivered
April 12: Correct refrigerator finally delivered.
I had to leave work 4 times to get this refrigerator shipped. When it came, the box was destroyed because instead of sending me a new refrigerator, they picked up the one that was incorrectly delivered and opened.
Never ordering from here again.
I order appliances online all the time for my rentals and had a great experience with Goedeker's recently. They have great prices and all the major brands. It arriced pretty quick. There was an issue on one and they resolved it really well. Very happy with them and plan on using them for my future flips.
The website had the couch I wanted for half the price that other websites had it marked down to. The only website I know that doesn't charge tax, on top of free shipping! Hands down the best. The only thing is it was kind of hard to track my package, but it came in the time they estimated it. Thanks so much Geodeker's for helping me get that couch I really wanted for an affordable price!
Great price on a great oven, but... It was a good thing I was not in a hurry to receive this oven. There was no mention of how long it would take to get, but it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Since this was ordered for a remodel and not to replace a broken oven its all ok, otherwise...
I purchased a twin bed for my daughter and some items cane damaged. I called to get replacement parts and its been a month and still havent received anything. The customer service in the place is horrible. If I can give this place a -0 I would. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a company! Take my word DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
We got our furniture cheaper than we could at Ashleys with free shipping. It was a great deal and saved me and my wife hundreds of dollars. The order took a while to fulfill but thats because it was on backorder. We knew that going into the purchase and wanted to follow through because we were getting such a great price. It looks great and were thankful for the great expiration experience!
Ordered from Goedekers May 21,2020. I didn't not receive my items until June 26 2020. The stove top I received was not the right size. I requested a return on 7/2/2020. Countless phone calls just to receive a return address for them and I finally received one on 7/24. Item received by their receiving department on 7/28. It is not 8/17/2020 and I still have yet to receive this refund! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY! Should be reported to the BBB
I made my first purchase from Goedeker's and I couldn't be happier! I ordered two sleeper chairs and they are beautiful, very comfortable and the quality is exceptional. They were by far the best price I found for the chairs. They shipped out on time and the delivery man was so nice. I will definitely shop and buy from Goedeker's again!

Customer service grows increasingly impersonal. Automated phone assistance and form email letters are standard practice for most companies. But there is one company for whom the personal touch is an integral element of their business Goedekers of St. Louis, Missouri. I know of no company whose customer service surpasses Goedekers. Have you ever received a hand written note AND a phone call AND an email thanking you for your purchase? AND encouraging you to call if you have any questions? AND friendly, knowledgeable and helpful individuals when you do call? I am so thankful my contractor recommended Goedekers. Besides superb customer service, the selection and pricing is incredible! Building new home and ordered almost all the appliances through Goedekers. Saved a lot until it came to washer and dryer, even after asking for a little help since I had *******@5K already. Didnt work out, Lowes won out on w&d, so always check out all options.
Terrible customer service with very poor communication & delivery service! Will never order from there again! Would call to get the status on the order & was given the run around. The delivery trucking company was horrible. AM Home Delivery would hang up on the call numerous times and the management there is horrific and will not return calls or communicate in any way. The management there and at Goedekers leaves a lot to be desired. Ordering furniture from Goedekers turned out to be a terrible experience!
